Venom hype, why not review his big screen debut in Spider-Man 3.

Story: Basically things have been going good for Peter Parker since we last saw him in Spider-Man 2. He's with Mary Jane Watson now, College is great and now people have embraced Spider-Man. But now a new problem, Flint Marko a.k.a Sandman has escaped to save his daughter from her illness. But Flint is the killer of Uncle Ben (Don't [frick] with comics Raimi!) and Spider-Man wants revenge and an alien symbiote attached itself to Peter and now Spider-Man has the infamous black suit. As Peter grows more angry, he loses his best friend now archenemy Harry Osborne a.k.a New Goblin, the love of his life Mary Jane and at the Daily Bugle he has a new enemy, Eddie Brock. But after Peter ditches the suit, Eddie gains the symbiote and becomes arguably Spider-Mans most dangerous villain, Venom.

Acting: The acting is very good. Tobey once again is great as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Topher Grace I feel is absolutely great as Eddie Brock/Venom despite him not being huge (in hollywood or physically) he is still great as the Eddie Brock character and as Venom he is able to show range. James Franco is good as Harry, J.K Simmons is as always perfect as J.Jonah Jameson, Kirsten Dunst bores me in this movie, but the rest of the cast is still great in their roles.

Cinematography: Pretty good like the previous Spidey films.

Editing: Excellent.

Visual Effects: Their pretty good, but some shots of Sandman are a lil bad.

Score: Between Danny Elfmans usual music for the Spider-Man films and Christopher Young coming along doing the much darker tone. The music fits the film.

Overall: I personally think Spider-Man 3 isn't the best of the trilogy but not the worst. I don't really see all the hate, maybe a part or two wasn't necessary (looking at you Dancing Tobey!) and some parts weren't particularly sticking to the comics like the entire franchise ignoring Gwen till movie 3. But overall I found it to be an entertaining peice of film making, I think it ended the original trilogy on a high note for the franchise. Now I am interested in this year's The Amazing Spider-Man, not excited. I got no comments or thoughts on the Venom film.

Comment below with your thoughts but be respectful.

This whole movie shouldn't have happened. It was just poorly done altogether IMO.
