Being the fifth picture so far, his latest tweet "Day 5" and an attached picture doesn't reveal that much. Apparently, it features an assistant director, Michael Lerman. Also, it seems that the filming of this particular scene takes place in a house. Could it be Peter's or Gwen's house? Or perhaps Osborn's residence?

Are there any clues given?

In The Amazing Spider-Man™ 2, for Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield), life is busy – between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen (Emma Stone), high school graduation can’t come quickly enough. Peter hasn’t forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away – but that’s a promise he just can’t keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro (Jamie Foxx), emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past.

Y'know... ...Gwensday was a much better promotional device than these bloody twitter-pics. Am I supposed to figure out that the guy pulling the strings is actually Mephisto from a shot of a bucket of paint? Bring back Gwensday!

Logan Lerman was top choice? Lol no. He wasn't.

I rooted for Anton Yelchin as Spider-Man and so did a lot of others. I would've loved to see him as Harry too. He would look great against Garfield. Dehaan was a good choice but I always thought he looked INSANELY YOUNG. But Dehaan is actually older lol

I can totally see the direction of bringing the Venom potion into the series, and they definitely should. They used most of the plot line and replaced it with well, Lizard.

Think about it so far:
1. Osborn is sick and he needs an antidote.
2. Maybe this has been going on for awhile, a very very long while as the Indian boss of Oscorp was implying in TASM.
3. Peter's father created something insanely dangerous and kept it away from Connors, but it's obvious at the end of the movie that there's more to that, and it's a part of Peter's body now (Carnage was an extracted mixture of Richard's DNA in the Ultimate universe I think).
4. Harry's now the equivalent to Eddie Brock, seeing as he knew Peter in his childhood and he's returning once more (probably separated because of class differences, and also implies close relationship between Norman and Richard).

Surprisingly, Webb is staying pretty close to the Amazing comics when it comes to the way villains are constructed and relationships between the characters go. But I wouldn't be surprised if the serum that will make Norman the Green Goblin would create Venom (or Carnage) if it's mixed with Peter's blood.

Because in: Ultimate Spider-Man the comic book, Parker and Connors BOTH created: The Lizard, which the D.N.A. that became: Carnage, had killed the clone of "Gwen Stacy" and many people other people as well too.
