A few weeks ago, three crew members were up in the large boom lift in Market Street, Chinatown on the set of The Amazing Spider-Man, when the engine apparently failed, trapping them around 18 metres in the air. Later, a fire truck came and rescued them. Courtesy of the folks at Shock Ya, we now have two videos recording the incident. Watch below...

Starring Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Denis Leary, Martin Sheen, Rhys Ifans, Sally Field, and Irfan Khan, The Amazing Spider-Man swings into theaters July 3rd, 2012!

They should have sent the stunt man to rescue them in costume.. That would have been epic and dangerous.
