New York local Ajhp23M has been keeping tabs on filming for Sony & Marc Webb's "revision" film The Amazing Spider-Man. His recent uploads depict of the costumed stuntman attempting jumping off a bus; failing miserably, stopping a taxi cab, and his trademark swinging.







NOTE: the music in the last video wasn't affiliated with filming.


The Amazing Spider-Man focuses more on Peter Parker’s high school days and the development of his powers while navigating the troubles of a brainy geek in high school. And starring Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Denis Leary, Rhys Ifans, Martin Sheen, and Sally Field, the films swings into theaters July 3, 2012 in 3D!

It's hard to start over but I'm liking this, from what I've seen. Like the symbol design, young talented actor, Gwen Stacy... Ehh, and.... Umm, is he going to have powers? Web shooters, the shoes, that would mean no spider bite :'(

Actually, the Vulturess rumor was revealed by the same source that said John Malkovich was playing the Vulture, and the latter turned out to be true. So I'm thinking there was some validity to it. Honestly, I wouldn't hold it past the same guys that gave us Spider-Man 3...

The shoes are NOT part of the costume. It's so his feet are protected from the sharp objects that may be on the ground. They will be edited out in post-production. Jesus... is it that hard to understand?

suit looks dumb i could see if it revamped it in a good way or had a logical purpose to it but its just a shitty design.

oh and @ intruder i agreed with you till you said batman begins style reboot and revamped costume.

why copy BB? we already know his origin so thats a fail

also why revamp his costume so drastically??? oh i know just to differentiate itself from the original trilogy, thats why cause the costume looks like [frick]in shit

@ TheIntruder vulturess was confirmed to have been removed from the script before the film was canceled. Maguire would have been 33 when filming was suppose to begin, Garfield right now is almost 28. You realize by the time Spiderman 3 in Webb's franchise rolls around he'll be in his mid 30's right? "A hack filmaker who's best days are way behind him" I don't agree however, I think that's better then a guy who has only directed 1 movie, which was not a comicbook film, an action film, nor a high budget blockbuster film. I prefer a director who loves Spider-man and worked hard to get the job as director, then a guy that got the job because his last name is Webb.

@ fsucsu can you atleast wait and see the film before you start whining like a fanboy. Thats generally around the time when normal people start making their judgement on how good a film is...

@rbfn04 no one actually knows anything much about the plot so can we atleast wait until we see some official footage before judging?

BB reboot was needed after so many movies and abuncha failures


spiderman has only had 3 movies that are still fresh in the publics mind but most sheep like you wouldn't be able to take your head out of your ass to see that .

i see you hate raimis thats all well n good but to the majority of people out there sm1 and 2 are among the best superhero movies to date

you can cry in your new revamped ruberry spiderman pajamas now :)

Haha! This comming from the guy with the Ironman picture? The second iron man was almost as corney and "weak as" as spider-man 3! The storyline didn't make sense, and the fight scenes were literally 1 minute long, Should they replace Robert Downey Junior then and reboot, douche bag?

@fsucsu Im not convinced this movie will own.. nnfact Im quite worried. But Im not saying that it will out right suck. I've read every article on it and still haven't made my judgement and Im not going to until I see some damn footage. Just suggesting you do the same :P

Oh and Im not a Raimi hater dude :P Spiderman 2 is easily my favourite marvel movie
