Welcome to my newest article readers! So, for this, I’ll be expanding on a previous idea I worked on. In a previous article I wrote with help from ILoveStargirl, I wrote about my plans for a team called the Slingers, a group commissioned by Peter Parker, led by Miles Morales, and made up of numerous Spider characters fighting smaller crime while Peter raises his kid and deals with just the big stuff.

For more info on that, read this :

And this article, contained here:

Now, a concept like the Slingers sounds like a dumb idea, like something that would only last a few issues and get cancelled because all these characters have the same basic power. Well, I have a way to deal with this, I focus on the characters, their interactions, and the story. I show who they are. Also, it's the Justice League affect. People like the Flash, Superman, and Wonder Woman, they buy Justice League.  People like Spider characters, they buy Slingers

Here it is

Slingers First Arc: Night of the Spider Slayers( 4 months)

Issue 1

We begin with Peter explaining how he's going to find his amnesiac daughter he just found out about and will be in England for a while looking for her. He's leaving Miles in charge of his patrols in New York, and wants him to try and get all the various Spider-heroes on the same page so they can get as much done as possible. He’d do it himself but he needs to find his daughter and Miles has proven himself time and time again, so he trusts him with the responsibility. Miles, though hesitant and feeling a lot of weight on his shoulders for a kid, will go on to get a meeting with

Spider Gwen(temporarily trapped on our Earth due to a dimension distortion at the Bacter building shorting out all multiverse travel for a while)
Kaine(helping his old friend Spider Gwen out)
and Silk,

the Spider heroes he could get into contact with currently working on New York, and explain everything. Everyone agrees to keep in touch, and are attacked by Spider Slayers a while after going their seperate ways. Spider Gwen and Kaine beat the ones after them together, Miles and Silk beat their respective Slayers alone, but soon discover a violent gang war erupting in the street.

Issue 2

We will learn what's happening from the perspective of Black Cat, currently undercover trying to take down the mob in New York while living a double life as the new Kingpin, Felicia Hardy. She's basically being the hero and the criminal at the same time, and in order to keep up appearances, put a hit out on her superhero identity. As Felicia Hardy she's united Tombstone’s gang, Mr. Negative, The Hand, Crime Master, and the various Mafia families under her rule, and as Black Cat she's tearing it all down using the information she has access to. It's super entertaining and convoluted in a very cool and tense way. Police are after her and working with her, and she has to contain her secret OR SHE WILL DIE. What we are seeing in this issue is the mother/daughter supervillain team of Sasha and Ana Kravinoff(who from terrigenesis gained the ability to raise the dead with a touch but kill those raised with another, pushing daisies style, which is why her zombie dad kicked her out, because her blood is not pure, and why she raised her dead mother, because she was lonely), recurring foes of Black Cat, finally capturing her and unmasking her to the crime families of New York. Everyone questions everyone's loyalties, and a massive gang war erupts. Black Cat manages to barely escape with her life after a fight with Tombstone due to luck powers, meets Silk, and despite their long history of antagonizing each other over the years, most recently Felicia Hardy being forced to send her goons after Silk, Silk agrees to help Felicia stay alive as everyone hunts her down, but isn't happy about it. Slk protects Black Cat as gangsters and Spider Slayers flood the streets. Ana and Sasha begin killing mob bosses, and we learn that this has all been the work of Mac Gargan, aka Scorpion, who with a new Exo suit and an army of Spider Slayers given to him by an unknown benefactor, manages to take the coveted role of Kingpin by force, and with the Kravinoff at his side, promises death to any who disobey.

Issue 3:

This one's from Scorpion’s point of view. We learn about how, while in prison, was quietly broken out of prison by the Chameleon under the orders of none other than Mendel Stromm The Robot Master, who claims to work for an organization with unlimited resources that wants control over New York and the death of anyone Spider related. He's given information on Felicia Hardy, a fleet of killer robots, and funds to hire human muscle for himself, Ana and Sasha specifically. Now, he's taken control of the crime families, and has placed himself, Ana, Sasha, Mendel Stromm, The Chameleon, and Carmilla Black, the former female Scorpion, in positions of power as his lieutenants. The thing about Scorpion is that he is utterly ruthless, a savage psychopath, and he has no concept of morality, but he's not smart enough to be Kingpin alone, fear of him will keep people in line, his lieutenants will allow his criminal empire to thrive. This is his Sinister Six

Scorpion
Black Scorpion(Carmilla Black)
Sasha Kravinoff
Ana Kravinoff
Chameleon(has an animosity with the rest of the Kravinoff clan, he's their families Black Sheep)
Mendel Stromm the Robot Master( their tech guy who is also spying on Scorpion for his superiors)

Issue 4:  We see this ongoing night of violence from the perspective of the Spider heroes, eventually ending up together after their various battles against Tombstone, gangsters, ninjas, robots, and the Kravinoff’s throughout the night. They succeed in keeping Black Cat alive, dealing a major blow to the villains by shutting off all the Spider Slayers,  and escaping from the remaining criminals during the one night Spiderman is gone. Black Cat forges a bond with her former enemy Silk, but decides to leave the city the next day and save herself instead of joining the heroes as they prepare to fight back against Scorpion.

Second Arc: Terror of the Sinister 6 (I'm going for retro sounding titles with this series) ( 7 months)

This arc will be The Slingers trying to come together to fight back against Scorpion, who is assassinating anyone that won't listen to him and funneling drugs into the city while also dealing with his lieutenants and various assassin's he's sent after them. We’ll see how Tombstone wants to be part of Scorpion’s lieutenants and is willing to kill to get himself on top. Miles Morales is slowly becoming the leader of the team despite not wanting to be and preferring if Gwen or Silk led. Kaine wants nothing to do with the team and makes numerous attempts to go off and kill Scorpion himself. Doctor Octopus meanwhile, has broken out of prison due to his anger that despite having created the very concept of the Sinister Six, he isn't a part of Scorpion’s plans. The Slingers will try and fail to defeat Scorpion in a sneak attack, becoming manipulated themselves by Chameleon. Doctor Octopus will offer his aide to the Slingers and with no other options they accept, despite him trying to take over as leader of the team, which will result in Miles embracing the role of leader. Doctor Octopus will as he grows to care for his team mates and due to his disgust at Scorpion’s attitude towards random pointless murders, become a heroic character in a redemption arc. He and Kaine will clash though. Ana Kravinoff will attack Miles personally and hunt him through the sewers while he's away from the team in the hopes of killing their leader, and we’ll get to see them develop as arch enemies to each other due to their similar ages, desire to prove themselves to their elders, and their parental figures(Spiderman and Sasha Kravinoff) We will see some good in Ana as she isn't just a psychopath like Scorpion or her mother, she's just a kid raised by crazy people to hate Spiderman and hunt humans for sport. Scorpion will try and fail to get with Sasha who considers him a means to an end and not even half the man Kraven was. Scorpion begins to  forget the objective and get too caught up in enjoying being kingpin, leading to a conflict with him and Mendel Stromm. Scorpion will try to learn the identities of the Slingers, and with the help of Ana, determine Miles is Spiderman. Scorpion will attack the entire team and beat them with relative ease in his new power suit just to reveal to Miles he knows who he is and can attack whenever he feels like it. Mendel tries to get Scorpion to stop playing around with his enemies and just kill them. Eventually, Peter Parker, Mary Jane in the Iron Spider Suit, May Parker, and the Renew Your Vows family that is also trapped on 616 will come together with the slingers in a final battle against the Sinister Six. Scorpion will get amnesia from his suit shorting out and forget who Miles is. Mendel Stromm will reveal the benefactor was someone in Alchemex then self destruct. Black Scorpion and Chameleon will be apprehended. Ana will escape, but not before getting knocked into her mother during the chaos of the battle and accidently de-reviving her.

Third Arc: The hunt for the Master Planner

The next year after this will involve dimension hopping working again, Gwen trying to decide whether to leave, a bit of awkward romance due to that kiss Miles and Gwen shared that they both agree to ignore, forget about, it was a nice moment but never mention again, training May Parker, fighting Alchemex and their cyborg assassin/mutate assassin teams, learning Alchemex doesn't even know who ordered the Scorpion stuff, it's tied up in too much money laundering,  shell companies, and bureaucracy for them to even begin to guess, but the guy who did it probably works for them, Octavius tries to reignite a relationship with Ana Maria, claiming to be a changed man, Octavius also has to deal with the person who freed Scorpion in the first place taunting him by calling himself the Master Planner. Master Planner also hires old partners of Octavius like Lady Octopus and Stunner(ex girlfriend) to try and sway him to the dark side. Silk, having been called in by SHIELD for a secret mission, ends up getting stranded after the mission fails in Eastern Europe, where she meets Silver Sable, and reunites with Black Cat, who has been in her own series going through all international craziness that has led her to start a mercenary company with Sable called

Silver and Black

She will remain with them for a few issues, partly into the next arc.

The team is also hunting down the mysterious Goblin monster that blows up their headquarters(it was little Normie Osborn, he's behind everything, he's the Master Planner, Spiderman and May deal with him in a crossover with this story)

Now, we’re moving into uncharted territory, everything I’ve written has been going concurrently with what I’ve already written. Everything after this is entirely new.

Fourth Arc: Life finds a way: No More Clones

Sara Stacy will, having been released from prison after a trail that calls her not guilty for her actions due to mind control, tries to figure out what to do with her life. Her father is dead, her mother as well, her brother manipulated her, she can't be a goblin, she has nowhere to go, no family, she never really had any friends. Even worse, everything she knows may be a lie. Tests done while in SHIELD custody have determined that while it's uncertain either way, there's the distinct possibility she is the daughter of not Gwen Stacy, but a clone. It's not certain, and no science yet invented can confirm it completely, but it's a lingering possibility. She's out of prison, but she's  a ghost, with no past, and no apparent future. She goes through her life in a daze until she decides to try and attempt to track down Miles Warren in order to learn the truth. We will learn that most of Miles appearances have been clones, including when he attacked Spider Man's wedding and got sent to prison, set up by Miles in an elaborate pyramid scheme where they all believe they're original. While going through various clone Jackal’s, Sarah will end up meeting Spider Gwen, fighting some clone related crime, and after explaining the situation, Gwen feels a bit of a responsibility to help her alternate universe in the future daughter. After fighting a half man half jackal version of Miles, and using the info from him to track down an elderly Gwen Stacy clone that believes she's married to Miles Warren, the trail ends for them to a retirement home entirely staffed by variously aged clones of Miles, Gwen, and Peter Parker. Gwen and Sarah find the true Miles, a sad, angry, broken man, waiting for death in a hospital bed, the only thing that makes him happy not his Gwen clones, they aren't real, but knowing his clones of himself are hurting Spider-man. Warren tells Sarah he doesn't know if her mother was a clone or not and is very likely lying about not knowing. They try to interrogate him, however, discovering Spider-Gwen isn't one of his clones but an alternate universe Gwen, just as young as when he first met her puts him into a panic and he has a heart attack. Little do they know he's not actually dead, and instead is having his brain transferred into a young and sexy Jared Leto looking body. The two girls think the real Miles Warren is dead though, and leave, in their minds Miles Warren was an obsessive and hateful man who has died a small and meaningless death.

Meanwhile, Ana Kravinoff, with the help of her uncle, the Chameleon, has been preparing for vengeance against The Slingers. They name themselves as opposites to the Slingers:

THE SLAYERS

Through a story involving sabotage, clones, and stolen identities, each member of the Slingers life is made worse. With Silk with Silver and Black, the Slingers team is

Miles Morales
Kaine
Doctor Octopus
Spider-Gwen
and Sarah Stacy, who has joined them and become the hero GHOST SPIDER

Chameleon, disguised as Octavius, attacks Anna Maria, leaving her injured and terrified. Meanwhile, the young and virile Jackal has decided to initiate his plans at the same time. Kaine is kidnapped by Jackal, and learns that Ben Reilly as well has been kidnapped. Jackal see’s the two of them as his property but also like his children so he can physically and emotionally abuse/ traumatize  them. While Ana knows Miles Morales is Spider Man, she refuses to reveal his identity because she wants to personally kill him. Doctor Octopus finds Chameleon and in a fit of rage kills him, which causes him to question his status as a hero. Miles Morales’s encounters Ana Kravinoff in his house setting traps when he heads home early, and he realizes Ana is trying to kill his his family in retaliation for the loss of her mother and uncle. With his friends and family at risk, and knowing Ana has a bit of an obsession with him personally as an enemy, he decides set the date with Ana Kravinoff for a one on one showdown at the Bronx Zoo. She gets there first and releases all the carnivores in preparation. They have their big battle in the rain, while Jackal kidnaps Gwen, then brainwashes Spider Gwen into subservience and sends her to capture Sarah. He doesn't know for sure if one of his clones breeded,( the clone saga was super convoluted even for him) but decides to just go with it to be safe, as he refuses to tolerate anything with blood that belongs to him being loose for too long. He wants to study Sarah, learn if clone children are different than normal people, and if she isn't a clone’s daughter, he’ll just brainwash her and use her for messing with Peter and making better Gwen clones. Ghost Spider fights Spider Gwen, Kaine and Ben Reilly break out to help, Jackal’s clone body begins to degenerate from the stress and energy exerted fighting.

Gwen is fixed and her brainwashing is beaten, but she is enraged at the Jackal for brainwashing her to attack her close friend Sarah, and in anger then goes after Jackal in the streets of New York. She tells Jackal that he never knew this worlds Gwen, she was just one of his students, they never had a relationship, she barely knew him, he's spent his entire life pining for a dead girl that she can confirm never would have dated him if she’d been alive. He sided with Norman Osborn in the clone saga, despite the fact it was him who killed Gwen, the only reason he really hates Peter Parker is because Parker is everything he isn't. He's a sad old man desperate for control, he didn't even love Gwen, he only cared about himself, and making himself happy by hurting people. The disfigured and decaying body of Jackal screams and runs away, his entire worldview shattered, plotting vengeance against Spider-Gwen. If he can't have her, no one can. The body he created to appear attractive to Gwen is destroyed, and he creates a new clone body, this one horrific, disturbingly ugly, and monstrous in every way, but with enhanced senses, green fur, huge ears, and superior strength. He creates a small army of clone Norman Osborn’s which he will use to throw Gwen and Sarah off the George Washington Bridge. He also decides he's going to kill all his other clones and start over. The deaths of dozens of clones across the country herald the coming of this great battle.

Miles Morales and Ana Kravinoff battle, she can use her tracking skills to still find him when he's camouflaged. Ana has no family left accept zombie dad that won't accept her, but other than revenge, she also thinks killing  “a” Spiderman will make her worthy of the family name. She  get the upper hand and nearly stabs him when she's suddenly teleported away.

The Slingers, including Ben Reilly, who decides to help them, and Silk, who has just returned, fight the Norman Osborn clones, and the battle leads to the George Washington Bridge, where Jackal waits to taunt Gwen and Sarah. He reveals to Sarah she actually is the daughter of a clone, and not really this universes Gwen’s daughter, but Sarah is fine with this. She's coped at this point with the idea and has a lot of friends. However, Jackal learns cloning pure insanity and evil is a bad idea when the lead Osborn clone decides to betray him and take over his cloning operations, stabbing him. The Osborn clones have turned against their creator. Jackal activates a fail safe that infects all the Norman’s  with clone degeneration, but is knocked off the bridge by a Norman. Gwen tries to save him with a web-line, but misses. However, a wrathful degenerating clone’s pumpkin bomb does not. Jackal explodes, and his ashes floats away into the water. Yes, Jackal has died. The Norman clones fly off, each degenerating one by one. The survivors rapidly try to get back to Jackal’s closest lab, but it's all for nothing. Within minutes, all are gone.

So, Doctor Octopus decides to quit the team, horrified at his actions. Gwen too, is horrified, believing she could have somehow saved Jackal. She decides to return to her dimension, and her friend Sarah Stacy/ Ghost Spider decides to go with her, and they head off into the multiverse. The two decide after all this sadness, they need a break. They need to do something that's fun. At this point, the team is

Miles Morales
Ben Reilly(distrustful of Kaine.
Kaine( really hates Ben for the dead no more clone conspiracy stuff)
Silk(who it's revealed to the audience is being coerced by SHIELD into spying on the team)

Doctor Octopus is teleported away mysteriously just like Ana after quitting the team in shame.

So now what? Well, first, let's see what was happening in Amazing Spider Man during this arc at the same time. We left off in a previous article with Arc 8, and in my this article, we will see Spiderman’s ninth arc, and then, where it all leads.

Spiderman 9th Arc: Parker Family Values

Here, we will first see the aftermath of the Normie Osborn stuff. Harry has, after being disfigured by his own son to have permanently goblin eyes, the son that went crazy because of his grandfather, not the other son that has been maimed by Normie and needs an operation, has gone kinda nuts. He goes missing and Peter goes looking for him, eventually finding Harry at the grave of Norman Osborn, setting up pumpkin bombs to blow up the Osborn family tomb. Peter talks Harry down, he's in a bad place right now, horrible stuff has happened to him, that's true. He might feel like this is his lowest point, but things will get better. Peter has dealt with a lot of loss, Uncle Ben, Gwen, his daughter was stolen from him and her death faked, his marriage destroyed at the hands of Mephisto, more recently he lost Aunt May, but it got better for him. Both Peter and his best friend Harry leave the cemetery, and leave the past pain caused by Norman Osborn behind them. Peter knows this probably isn't the end of the fallout for Norman’s death, but at least now there's a moment of happiness.

Anyway, now, we move on to Peter and MJ just trying to raise May. One comical instance of this will involve May sneaking out to go find J J Jameson and ask him why he's always saying mean things about her father. Hilarity ensues. At the same time, Parker industries is designing something that will make them rich, and are moving from the lab in Morbius home to an actual lab and office building. Spiderman will also fight the Vulture alongside Mary Jane in the Iron Spider, after he attacks the new Parker Industries to steal what the company considers to be their best chance of hitting the big leagues again(the invention I mentioned earlier, which is revealed to be a viewer into the future, based on Peter’s Spider-Sense but enhanced even more). Vulture has stolen this to sell to the highest bidder, but actually, Peter doesn't know if it even works because Vulture stole it right before its first test. Unlike their last marriage, Mary Jane can go out with Peter and fight crime with him, saving her from having to sit at home and worry about him. That was a big problem in their last marriage, and she can also defend herself against any attackers that try to hurt Peter through her. Exactly this happens between her and Electro in an issue that focuses on her. Electro damages the armor, but she manages to beat him. This marriage is far happier for them both, though Mary Jane has proven to be a bit too much of an adrenaline junky in the Iron Spider suit. I should also mention, that technology Vulture stole got destroyed, leading Parker Industries back to square one.

Meanwhile, Roderick Kingsley and Phil Ulrich have united to take control of the Goblin Legacy and begin about a new Goblin Nation. After a brief argument Roderick is given the title of Goblin King and Phil downgraded to Goblin Knight. These two characters have some history, and a bit of a rivalry/ dislike for each other, but they end up friendlier when they realize how well they both work together.  Kingsley is the brains, Phil the muscle/insanity. Their first plan to rebuild Goblin Nation is to orchestrate a breakout at the raft, the shield prison that houses several Spiderman villains that could be useful, including Normie Osborn, Black Scorpion, and Scorpion. Peter has to meet with Parker Industries to try and find a way to avoid going bankrupt, but the Raft attack forces him to miss the meeting. Due to the intervention of MJ and Peter, this attempt mostly fails, but Scorpion does get out with Roderick and Phil. Goblin Knight and Goblin King have returned to hating each other due to their failure, until they spot a green goblin flying over the city. They follow him to one of the Jackal’s bases, where they discover he's crumbled to dust. They also discover all of Jackal’s technology, which they both agree to scavenge to create a new Goblin nation. They begin the process to create an army of clone goblins, manipulating their DNA to give them new powers and make them subservient while retaining the power of Norman. They are however, less intelligent. At this point, there are only 7 of them.

Red Goblin: Has super strength.

Orange Goblin: Has fire powers.

Yellow Goblin: Has super speed and electrical powers.

Green Goblin: Can manipulate plants.

Blue Goblin: Is made of water.

Indigo Goblin: Has shadow powers.

Violet Goblin: Controls air and wind.

Phil and Roderick prepare to clone an army of them when they are all, including the clones, teleported away.

Meanwhile, Peter, MJ, and May will work together to find and defeat the escaped Scorpion. When it's all said and done though, Peter is approached by Liz Allen-Osborn, who informs him that Alchemex wants to buy Parker Industries, employees included, and pay them twenty times what they're all making now to create products for Alchemex. Peter knows how shady Alchemex is, and its eventual progression from corrupt to evil in 2099, but does decide to take a few days to consider the offer, because he has employees living off of the money Parker Industries makes, and he needs money to take care of his family. The future has been known to change sometimes though, through the influence of those actively trying to prevent it, so maybe he can actually steer Alchemex to a different destination.

He decides to get the advice of the rest of Parker Industries, but arrives to find Morbius has just disappeared without a trace.

And now ….. SINISTER 666

This is the grand finale to everything set up in this article. A crossover between all Spider-titles for the multiverse hopping event: Sinister 666.

We begin with

Sinister 666, the overarching arc for multiple series.

First up, part one of this arc, Prelude to Sinister 666

Amazing Spider Man Arc 10, part one: Sinister 666 prelude(1 month)

Peter calls in the Fantastic Four for help with discovering where Morbius went, only to learn that the forces that caused this are magic based, not scientific. Peter decides to call a meeting with The Slingers to learn if anything like this has happened with them, he brings May and MJ, and discovers what happened to Ana Kravinoff. The same thing. Peter ends up at odds with Ben Reilly, who he thought was dead and is still mad at due to Dead no More. A fight almost breaks out between them when it's suddenly learned that several dozen prisoners from The Raft have just disappeared from their cells.

The Slingers Arc 5, part one, Prelude to Sinister 666( 1 month)

The Slingers and the Parker family try to find out what's going on. Meanwhile, Doctor Octopus finds himself in another reality, surrounded by alternate reality versions of himself. Ones of note include Doc Ock Noir, Ultimate Doc Ock, a classic style doc Ock that's still evil, and 1602 Doc Ock. He learns from them that he has been summoned by the great collective to help lead the supervillain army: the Sinister 666. Meanwhile, Ana Kravinoff experiences something similar, but ends up immediately killing two of her doppelgänger sand escaping out a window, only to discover she's in a massive dystopian steampunk castle version of the Sanctum Sanctorum. Flying demons being ridden by classic style Mysterio’s attack her and she fights them off long enough to escape, only to be attacked by her father, wearing a more regal, Russian royalty style armored version of his costume, and carrying advanced laser weapons, along with numerous torn up Spiderman costumes. Meanwhile, Octavius has learned that the other Doc Ock’s are trying to teach the noir and 1602 doc Ock's modern science. He demands to see who’s in charge, the Doc Ock's are more than happy to bring him to their leader. Doc Ock is somewhat shocked alternate versions of themselves would obey another, and they explain that it's a mutual collaboration for the betterment of every universe’s super villains. It's a collective of minds and skill sets.  Meanwhile Ana surrenders to her father. He tries to convince her to join him, claiming he's seen the error of his ways and wants her to fight alongside him. She smells that he is not her father though, and attempts to escape, leading to a chase between the two past a row of massive gold and diamond statues of Sinister Six teams led by Mysterio. 616 Octavious is brought to the throne room of the man who orchestrated all of this, currently finishing a meeting with Goblin Knight and Goblin King.  The man is revealed to be this universe’s Sorcerer Supreme, a robed, two eyes of Agamotto wielding Mysterio radiating magic!

Next up,

“Sarah and Gwen's Radioactive Adventure"
Arc One Part one issue one(1 month) This will be a one shot, with a miniseries of the same name coming later.

Gwen Stacy and Sarah Stacy return from some wacky multiversal adventures (that will be explored in a miniseries of the same name after this one shot, within the miniseries they'll bond, learn from each other, fight through various parallel earths) to Earth 65, the home of Spider-Gwen. Sarah gets to look around, experience the place, meet some of Gwen’s friends pretending to be her visiting cousin. In this story, we will end up meeting this universes Norman Osborn, who is a caring father worried about his troubled son and his ex wife, Emily Lyman, who is leading the Scrier cult, a criminal organization stealing magical artifacts from museums in order to summon “the most supreme sorcerer”. They beat the Scriars and save the day, and are then while celebrating approached by dozens of alternate universe Spidermen.

Now…

SINISTER 666

This will be its own series, 11 issues, with tie ins the other books going on. I’ll just be going into the main book.

The best thing about Spider-verse books is often the interesting alternate universe versions of Spiderman. Here are some of them, special thanks to ILoveStargirl:

Prince of Arachne (Peter Parker)
Spider-Punk (Hobie Brown)
Spider-UK (Billy Braddock)

Ant Spider (

Here, Peter Palmer grew up with his parents who raised him to love science, with him become a scientific genius by the age of 15. It was around this time that Peter discovered an unusual set of subatomic particles he labels "Palmer Particles." Using this, he began to engineer a size-altering device. When he went to show this to his father, who was working on project involving genetically engineered Spiders, he was bitten by one which had escape. Seething in pain, Peter accidentally activated his device, shrinking himself down to the size a spider (or Ant). Finding himself trapped in his father's Spider enclosure, he fought his way out, and after regaining his regular size, he decided that this technology was too dangerous so hid it away.

Weeks later, while struggling to control his newfound abilities, his parents died in a car accident during a high speed chase between a group of crooks and the police. Sick with grief, Peter realized that you could have helped stop the incident from happening if he hadn't hid his powers and inventions. He decided that with great power, comes great responsibility. Returning to the lab, he donned a costume, equip a device that would allow him to shrink and grow at will, as well as a cybernetic helmet that his father had been working on, which allows the user to communicate and control spiders. Spider-man was born!

Spider-Goblin
A version of Peter Parker putting on an ACT of insanity, laughing like a lunatic, making dark threats, with a penchant for old time speak as he's a fan of Fantasy like D&D and WoW, with it all being an act of sorts for criminals. The goblin theme again coming from his love of fantasy and the spider, well obviously coming from the fact he was BIT by one.

Hose are a few new ones with large enough parts to be mentioned, these are some pre existing Spidermen that will also appear:

Now:

Issue 1:

We start off the first issue on the alternate earth: Earth 666(not the original, the post secret wars earth 666) This one was once pretty much earth 616, with a few minor differences. A group of sorcerers, Magik, Brother Voodoo, assorted others, gather in a secret chamber to discuss their fears. Wong arrived and confirms they are correct, Stephen Strange is dead! The sanctum has been taken. Suddenly, Mysterio bursts in and kills them all one by one with the help of an army of Mindless Ones. Cut to 20 years later. The Goblin Spider, a version of Peter Parker that puts on an act of insanity to strike fear into the hearts of criminals, hunts down a jewel thief on his glider, terrifying him before allowing him to “escape” into the arms of the police. We learn super villains and recurring Goblin Spider foes have been disappearing, and then, a portal opens, the arrival of the most supreme: Mysterio, is announced, and the Sinister 666, an army of alternate reality former Sinister 6 members attack. The Supreme Mysterio’s disciples, alternate universe versions of Mysterio, defend and begin attacking and sending this worlds heroes through portals.

Goblin Spider tries to go after the supreme Mysterio himself, but is hopelessly outmatched by the most powerful magical force in the multiverse. Later, this world has been overtaken by The Supreme Mysterio, who is basking in the glow of public adoration, which he has demanded under threat of execution. He prepares to Guillotine Spider-Goblin as this worlds criminals all cheer for him. Then, a squad of alternate Spidermen race in from a portal and free Spider-Goblin. Mysterio sends demons after them through reality, they manage to lose them, escaping to the Palmer Industries lab of Ant-Spider on a different earth… When The Goblin Knight and his army of dozens of members of THE RAINBOW GOBLIN COALITION ATTACK!

Issue 2:

Now, what will happen after this is the story of Gwen and Sarah teaming up with this army of Spider Men(including the renew your vows family) from alternate earth's who are trying to prevent the collapse of the web of life and the multiverse. A sinister force known as the The most Supreme Sorcerer, and also Mysterio, has built an army of Spiderman villains and is taking over worlds across reality. They believe he was once a normal Mysterio but has gained unimaginable powers. There are rumors he is something for more powerful and evil than just a Quentin Beck, but Spider-UK, the leader of the Warriors of the Great Web, has tried to keep these rumors hidden to avoid a panic in the ranks. The next earth that the Sinister 666 plan to attack will be earth 616. Everyone heads to Earth 616 to warn this worlds heroes.

This happens, and 616’s Spiderman family, Avengers, and FF begin to prepare for the invasion.

Meanwhile, Doctor Octopus, currently working with the other Octopus’s to lead each individual 6-12 person squad of the sinister 666, snoops around the base earth of this fighting force in order to learn more about how Mysterio got these powers. Beyond the massive city sized sanctum Sanctorum of this earth lies a ring of villages, built in the destroyed remains of New York City.  Octavius searches through it, discovering multiversal war recruitment stations, and groups of Mysterio worshipers. Though initially hesitant, he is able to use his status as a Sinister 666 Captain to convince some monks agree to show him the location of the forbidden texts, housed in the fallen Empire State Building, now a monastery for Mysterio Worshipers to train.  These men and women all wear actual fishbowls. Doc Ock discovers through the texts that Mysterio this cult believes Mysterio is a lovecraftian entity that sends human Mysterio's to each Earth as conduits of power.

Issue 3: In this one, we will see Ana Kravinoff continue make her way out of the Sanctum and into the ruins of New York, trying to escape to the forbidden zone, a place that was once the Atlantic Ocean but is now a desert while being hunted by an alternate version of her father and his “hounds” aka mutated Kraven's with animal DNA. She will  manage to kill the alternate version of her father by the remains of the Statue of Liberty, the entry to the forbidden zone, but break her arm in the process and wander into the forbidden zone.

Meanwhile, Peter Parker will try to protect his family knowing that a war is about to begin on his Earth. He's not sure if it's safe for them to fight alongside him. In the end, they all decide they're safer together than apart. Miles tries to keep his team together as they're all pulled in different directions by the coming battle and all these alternate Spider-people. Ben Reilly comes up with a less than morally righteous plan to stop the invasion involving using FF technology to destroy whatever world the S666 are using as a base, because he has the mind of a supervillain after clone conspiracy. They don't go with this plan because it's genocidal, Ben admits it was just an off the cuff suggestion he hadn't fully thought out, but he still doesn't think that they can win against the Sinister 666 in s fair fight. Ant-Spider meets Ant-Man, Peter decides that as long as he's got friend and family, they can beat anything and it's all gonna be okay, and the invasion begins.

The attacking forces are:

The Sinister 666

Alternate versions of the Sinister 6, each led by a Doc Ock.

The Mysterios

Disciples with direct lines to speak to the most Supreme Sorcerer. The Generals of this army.

The Goblin Nation:

Normie Osborn the Goblin Prince(being manipulated by Kingsley), Goblin King, and Goblin Knight, with help from Scorpion. They lead the Rainbow Goblin Coalition, an army of mass produced Goblin Clones with different powers.

Each of these villains have been granted better weaponry and armor than usual by The most Supreme.

Issue 4:

Ana Kravinoff is discovered by a team I’ll call the anti-heroes, while wandering the Atlantic desert. This is every villain that chose not to work for Mysterio and escaped. It includes various Venoms, Harry Osborns, Prowlers, Rocket Racers, Black Cats, Solo’s, and Silver Sables. She discovers our universes Eddie Brock is among these people, and is actually the leader, who have constructed a small town for themselves and other escapees in the remains of The Raft.

Meanwhile, on Earth 616 everything is going completely insane. The battle is utter chaos. Peter has no idea where he is or what he's doing.  Superheroes are being teleported away by Mysterios. Peter doesn't know what's happening or where they're going. Peter loses track of his family in the chaos. Miles is doing a surprisingly great job taking charge and leading his team. The Slingers end up fighting Scorpion and an army of Spider Slayers, plus various Rainbow Goblins through the over run Baxter building. Miles is in the end victorious against Scorpion, destroying his exosuit in a rooftop fight. The Baxter building is taken back by the heroes as a base.  Peter is shot by a Mysterio and teleported away in front of MJ and May. He finds himself trapped on a world where humanity has been wiped out by giant monsters and dinosaurs brought in from the savage land to New York have spread across America.

Issue 5:

Ana Kravinoff is hunting in the desert with Eddie Brock and Brock begins to treat her like a daughter(they eat the mutant monsters that live in caves in the desert.) He becomes a highly murderous and insane yet slightly less awful father than Kraven. Peter Parker, on Kaiju earth, is attacked by Tricephalous, and tries to fight back against it. On Earth 616, people are shocked by Peter’s disappearance, and Spider-UK explains that while the Sinister 666 will kill you, the Mysterios prefer to send you to one of the many post apocalyptic parallel universes or execute you after the battle. A second wave of attackers, this time with Supreme Sorcerer leading, attack and destroy the Baxter Building. Eddie Brock explains his belief that The most Supreme was probably just a Mysterio that got lucky and killed Dr. Strange, then took over. Later, Ana hunts alone, discovers a Mysterio in the desert, who claims he's here to tell her that she made the wrong choice, and if she joins the sinister 666 and helps destroy the Raft, they will help her to kill Spider Men throughout the multiverse. Peter Parker fights his hardest, but realizes he's a guy, he can't beat something that powerful, he can only run. On 616, MJ desperately tries to find Peter, hoping he maybe got out of the way or escaped somehow. The heroes realize they can't defeat the Sinister 666 and have already suffered too many loses, so they decide to push the enemy back towards the portal, and when as few as possible of them remain, shrink the earth to subatomic size. Doc Ock tries to get away from the villains long enough to leak information on a weakness he's discovered to the heroes but keeps getting pulled away to do things with villains. May discovers Normie Osborn, who has been manipulated by the Goblin King into fully giving in to his insanity and hatred of all spiders. He now is inside of a goblin mech suit that makes him adult sized. She tries to convince him to snap out of it, and ends up too far up in the atmosphere with Normie as the world shrinks and disappears. The Spider family is now separated. Octavius tries to fight through the heroes pushing him back through the portal as Earth shrinks but is unable to. Ana Kravinoff unlocks the entrances to the Raft as an army of mindless ones prepare to attack.

Issue 6:

Ana Kravinoff leads the charge to attack the raft. Many are killed but others are captured to be mind controlled later using magic. Eddie survives trapped beneath rubble. She is then welcomed to the Sanctum Sanctorum as a hero, and brought in by parade. She meets her real father, who only the audience knows is being mind controlled to stop hating his entire family. Meanwhile, earth is going pretty well, it's normal except for being very small and having several hundred Spidermen. The Sinister 666 is using a version of Hank Pym from the Ant-Spider dimension who became the supervillain Yellowjacket to try and find this earth. MJ is helping the rest of the Web Warriors recuperate and at the same time try to prepare a squad to try and track down her husband. So far she's gotten the Renew your vows families help, plus Spiderman Noir. On giant monster earth, time goes faster, so Peter has been there 6 months. He’s grown a beard and has lost his mask and shirt. He's attempting to, using whatever technology he can find, construct a device similar to the one that could see the future, but through reality instead of time, so he can find out what's happening. May is being prepared for transformation through mind control into a villain per Normie’s request. Doc Ock reveals himself as a double agent trying to save her. They both go on the run.

Issue 7: Peter has spent 3 years on Kaiju earth. He's dressed like a caveman, he has a pet velociraptor named Ms. Lion, he can see what's happening on other worlds through his device, but he can't communicate. He's trying to build something that can send him home now. Venom has established himself as the lethal protector to people trying to escape from the remains of New York, he believes past the raft, even further across the Atlantic desert is a resistance force. One person Eddie lethally protects will become a love interest. Her name’s Jackie. Doc Ock and May Parker have joined him. The Web Warriors have been traveling through the multiverse, pushing back other Sinister 666 invasions, and in cases where they can't win, they shrunk the earth's to microverse size, making them impossible to find. This has enraged the supreme Mysterio. We get to see more of him in this issue. He craves adoration and attention. Usually when he takes over a world, he will try to establish himself as a heroic figure and the heroes of that world as a problem he's gotten rid of to improve the world. Sorta a larger version of that pretending to be a hero for fame thing in his first appearance. He's also very theatrical and dramatic. He sets up his meetings to present himself as appearing as powerful as possible.

Issue 8:

Spider Gwen’s earth is attacked, Ana decides to have her powers increased and become the ultimate Hunter by becoming a were-lion super soldier Ultimate Kraven style(but she can change back and forth.  I want to get into that a lot of the villains, now that they can meet their alternate universe versions and learn new battle strategies, have put together new tech, weapons, and resources using the new ideas they've gained. The Renew your vows family, Noir Spiderman, Spiderman 2099, and MJ head off on a black ops mission into Earth 666 to find May. Eddie Brock, May, Jackie, and Doc Ock have discovered no matter where they go, Mysterio is worshipped and that the resistance doesn't exist. It's just either wastelands filled with nuclear mutations or Mysterio ruled post apocalyptic villages. Peter Parker must, after 5 years alone, venture into the Mole Man’s terrain deep beneath the Earth, filled with giant monsters, for a crystel he needs to power his way home. Miles has to deal with not just being a Spiderman, but a leader other Spiderman look up to after the Baxter Building stuff.  Gwen’s home is taken over by supreme Mysterio. She vows to stop him and save her home. A Mysterio is captured by the web warriors and he may have info that will help.

Issue 9:

MJ and her team find May, Eddie Brock,Jackie, and Doc Ock, along with the small group of people trying to escape from the supreme Mysterio’s society. May and MJ reunite. Now they need to find Peter. Remember that really dumb comic from years ago where Sarah Stacy tried to kiss Peter Parker. That was really stupid. However, we can use a relationship between Kaine and Ghost Spider to show Kaine’s lack of responsibility and develop Sarah. Ana Kravinoff begins to find hunting Spidermen too easy, and not worthy of her hunting prowess. Her father however, is content to relive the glory of defeating Spiderman over and over and over again. The Mysterio they caught is brought in for questioning, but is revealed to be a robot sending their location to Yellowjacket. A chase begins, through size! The 666 attack the microverse, earth is returned to full size, 666 get big, we get bigger, and so on into the macroverse! While this insanity is going on, MJ returns with the people from earth 666, and Doc Ock reveals he has a plan to defeat supreme Mysterio. All the rumors he's a lovecraftian god are meant to mislead. He's a guy, he's not even that good at magic, he's just using the former sorcerer supremes artifacts, plus whatever artifacts he's able to get from each world he takes over to become more powerful, and they only need to find a way to cancel out his magic and get him. This is insanely difficult… but, he has some maps of the city sized sanctum Sanctorum, so that's a start. Peter Parker then finally returns from Kaiju world after 5 years alone, first saying goodbye to Ms Lion and setting her free, returning her to the wild. He reunites with his family on earth 616.

Issue 10: the entire force of web warriors works on a way to beat The Supreme Mysterio. This is several hundred Ben Reilly who after Clone Conspiracy has a warped and bizarre sense of what his responsibilities are( “yeah, let's raise Uncle Ben from the grave” -Ben Reilly. Basically what I’m saying is Kaine is an irresponsible man who tries to be responsible X Ben Reilly is now an irresponsible man who thinks he's responsible) thinks they can build something that separates various realities fully, removing anything that doesn't belong in a certain reality from it fully. They could use multiversal travel technology to trap Mysterio on his world, and send any item or living thing on earth 666 back to its world. The Spider Men and women realize that trapping Mysterio on his earth will still result in him being a despotic ruler and the blocker will send the people Eddie Brock is protecting lethally back as well, including Jackie. Jackie believes it's for the best and that once Mysterio’s power is lessened, she may be able to create a resistance force strong enough to take him out. He will still be the sorcerer supreme of his Earth though, so Eddie reasons she'd never survive. We get to see every scientist in the web warriors working together, trying to find a better way of doing this, a way that could somehow only send some things back. Peter, after years trying to construct a portal to his world, has gotten the hang of building this sort of thing pretty well. May decides to check out some of the alternate universe technology and is able to find a Spiderman with a serum that cures Goblin formula related insanity on anyone. This sparks a new idea in the minds of May, and her father Peter, which spreads. A full on attack, where they at the same time turn the various members of the sinister 666 against each other. Pretty much every version of Spiderman has on their own world done this against a Sinister Six at some point. It's an old method they've always used. Sinister 6 teams always betray each other. They can start by sending in Doc Ock and Venom to lay the groundwork, then cure Normie to get his help. Ben’s idea is voted out, and the new operation begins. Basically, the various Doc Ock's all decide to try and take control, Eddie suggests that they allow all the alternate Carnage’s to join the ranks of the sinister 666(up until now they were not allowed) which causes mass chaos, Goblin Knight and King decide to try and use a mystical device containing the power of Mephisto to gain the power Norman Osborn had before he died and steal control of the 666 from Mysterio(they learned about it through a Mysterio even though it had been lost to everyone but Loki, Thor, and Spider-man’s memories), and finally, Normie Osborn is cured of his chemical induced insanity. With utter insanity happening, Jackie leads a rebellion of the people, after convincing the terrified people of the destroyed New York they can beat the supreme Mysterio. Ana decides she's done working for crazy power mad idiots like her father, her mother, Scorpion, and Supreme Mysterio, and kills Scorpion, along with several disciples of Mysterio, and beats up her father but leaves him alive before leaving in a teleporter to find an alternate reality where she can belong. The web warriors take advantage of these multiple coups and attack the Sanctum Sanctorum Ant- Spider is left to take care of what's going on on 616, as earth gets larger and larger, until all the villains are called back to base to help fight the Web Warriors. The final epic battle begins.

Issue 11: Carnage’s merge into a giant super carnage(the maximum carnage), Doc Ock's use science against Mysterio’s Magic, rebels and Spider people assault the sanctum, and demonically powered Roderick Kingsley and Phil Urich use the “goblin force” to battle Mysterio. The battle rages on, getting crazier and more over the top. Ana Kravinoff returns one year older with an army of giant monsters from Kaiju earth she's tamed( after deciding last issue to just rebel against everyone and everything that's ever controlled her because she's a teenager, she went there to hunt monsters and has now returned to take down Supreme Mysterio, seeing as she got to take down everyone else already. Kaiju fight Maximum Carnage. It's like the final battle in Secret Wars 2015. Everything is amazing! Everything is exploding! The rebellion on earth 666 found the remains of a helicarrier and have crashed it into the Sanctum! Peter is working with his family! He loves his wife and daughter! Miles has, through times of great stress and combat, become a great leader, and after some time to think, is okay with this responsibility! He's leading an army! Mysterio is defeated by The Goblins, who prepare to kill him. Various Spider Men including decide to use Ben’s plans to separate everyone and send them home. Supreme Mysterio is left, after his Sanctum has been destroyed, powerless and surrounded by rebels. Everyone really hates him.  Every single item and person is sent home to their own world. However, everyone can still keep in touch using the teleportation technology. Ghost Spider remains on 616 but can have multiversal Skype sessions with Gwen Eddie finds that Earth 666 is blocked from the rest of the multiverse for the time being, but will eventually be reenterable. Until he can see Jackie again, he decides to, having nothing better going on, join The Slingers. Ana Kravinoff runs off into the night on Earth 616, her plans unclear, tiny Earth's across the multiverse return to full size as Ant-Spider travels through to each world. Peter returns Normie to his family cured. Peter goes on a romantic date and swings through the city with his wife, and they then return home to their daughter.

The Slingers lineup is now:

Miles
Ghost Spider
Kaine
Ben Reilly
Doc Ock
Silk
Venom

This article is running a bit long, so I'll close by mentioning that

The Goblin Nation ends up back on 616 with their clone army, by without the Goblin Force, which belongs to another earth. They plot for the future.

Meanwhile, I plot to write that Spider-Gwen/Ghost Spider miniseries I mentioned.

One of the biggest problems that the current Spider-Man comics have, besides Dan Slott's obvious fetishes being shown:
Too many god-damn spiders! These turn every reader into a exterminating J. Jonah Jameson.

Also: Marvel, give the spider-Robin a new name. Having two individuals called Spider-Man at the time in the same universe is lazy and confusing. Miles can have a name that represents his camouflage-powers, like Shadow Spider.

I liked a lot the scene of May asking J. Jonah Jameson why why he's always saying mean things about her father.

Perhaps foreshadowing of much-needed character development for J. Jonah Jameson?

If Marvel turned Captain America into a collective identity before Secret Empire, I don't have any problem with two Spider-Men.
