Just recently, Jada Toys unveiled the first look at their Suicide Squad themed METALS die cast collectible figures, featuring Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Deadshot (Will Smith), Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnouye-Agbaje), and the Joker (Jared Leto). Through retailers, some new images for the collectibles have revealed an interesting new detail involving the Joker's many tattoos in David Ayer's Suicide Squad, and one certain tattoo looks to be ripped straight from the comics.

The images reveal that the Joker is sporting what looks to be a highly detailed dragon tattoo that is eerily similar to the tattoo seen on the Joker in the All Star Batman & Robin, the Boy Wonder comic book series written by Frank Miller. It's obvious that director David Ayer has taken influence from many of the different versions of the Joker that have appeared throughout the years, but it looks like the Clown Prince of Crime's look derives heavily from Frank Miller's All Star version.

Many fans have expressed their dislike of a few select tattoos that the Joker sports in the film, but this dragon tattoo might be the one tattoo that fans can agree on is worth seeing the Joker have. Are you excited to see if the Joker reveals his dragon tattoo in Suicide Squad?

Suicide Squad hits theaters August 5th, 2016.

It feels good to be bad… Assemble a team of the world’s most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government’s disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren’t picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it’s every man for himself?

Suicide Squad stars Will Smith as Deadshot, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag, Jared Leto as the Joker, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Jai Courtney as Boomerang, Viola Davis as Amanda Waller, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Killer Croc, with Raymond Olubawale as King Shark, Jay Hernandez as El Diablo, and Adam Beach as Slipknot. Written and directed by David Ayer.

I have no doubt in Leto's acting abilities, but this Joker design looks terrible. There, I said it.

@imkennypowers - Well, considering that I've personally recieved a couple of death threats from DC fanatics that can't handle differing opinions, I'd say it's warranted.

Also, nice gif. I love The Wire.

That Joker being referred to is from one of the worst Batman comics of all time. If they're being influenced from certain Batman comics All-Star Batman and Robin should be the last on the list.

I'm still looking forward to the performance. Jared Leto is a great actor.

If it weren't for those tattoos I'd be even more psyched for this joker. No doubt Leto is going to kill it but the design is ass.

Really? Out of all the comics you could have taken inspiration from, you take it from All Star Batman and Robin?

What is considered one of the WORST batman stories ever written? The one where Batman calls kids retarded and [frick]s black canary on top of criminals bodies? Or how bout the issue where he laughs maniaclly as he kills cops?

Or that this version of the Joker DOESNT [frick]ING SMILE

I hope to god its just the look their taking inspiration from here. Cause I swear to god if they make any character in the DCEU like they are in ASBAR. Then I will be quite mad.
