We've frequently pointed out the similarities between the worlds of wrestling and comic books here on CBM, and there was yet another crossover of sorts at WWE Backlash last night when SmackDown Live Superstar Alexa Bliss rocked an awesome look which clearly paid homage to Suicide Squad character Harley Quinn. It's fair to say she nailed it, and looks every bit as good in the role as Margot Robbie!

You can see some photos and video from the event below, but the full match - which saw Irish "Lass Kicker" Becky Lynch deservedly emerge victorious - is well worth checking out on the WWE Network!

Alexa wasn't the only one who took some inspiration from the comic books - and specifically the DC Universe - as Nikki Bella (who recently returned from a career threatening neck injury) paid homage to Wonder Woman with her outfit. Neither of them ended up winning the match, but you have to admit that they look great! If you'd like to know more about WWE 2K17, head on over to Game Fragger.
