The Man of Steel may have met his end at the hands of Doomsday in Death of Superman, but the world will see four powerful new heroes rise in his absence in Reign of the Supermen - even if one of 'em (at least) is not all he appears to be.

We recently got our first look at the trailer for the animated follow-up, and now Warner Bros. Entertainment has released the Blu-ray box art, which sees Cyborg Superman, Superboy, Steel, and the Eradicator squaring off for the right to claim the mantle of Superman.

They should make return of superman with mongol as the villain, then tie into a green lantern emerald twilight movie.

They couldn't even include one of the versions of Superman that is actually a villain?

Just rewatched ‘Death’ on blu Ray. They really captured the spirit and epic feel of the original story well. Plus I’ve always wanted to see the core JL members face Doomsday. The comic left me wanting in that regard.

A real step up imo for dc animated films, granted I haven’t seen them all but I hadn’t really been that enamored with one since Flashpoint I think.

@MarsivNayr - They have all sucked balls (apart from judas contract parts of hell to pay) to be fair.

@MarsivNayr - They are all mostly great with a lot of them following up from the last. You could start with War and work your way up. They do a decent job at following the comics. It's not 100% to the comic, but closer than expected.

@LawyerCipher - haha I gathered. Although I did like Batman Ninja, but it took me two tries to warm up to it. Judas was okay to me. (Most ‘New 52’ movies have been okay-bad with few exceptions)

Hopefully we can get more classic and iconic storylines adapted instead of moving forward to the present too quickly. Gimme some more New Frontier (haha I almost called it last frontier) and some mother effing green arrow/black canary!!!

@SinfulKnight - I enjoyed War for its ‘avengerness’ but Aquaman was a HUGE miss for me and I’m a HUGE fan of the character and storyline.

Bad blood was pretty cool. Haven’t seen JL Dark. Want to. But at this point I’m a little tired from all the Batman and typical JL members (Superman being an exception cause he my no.1)

You know I just thought to myself....it’d be cool to get a legit like 5-hour honest to god full adaptation of Watchmen.

Still need to catch Death of Superman, but I've been procrastinating on it because I'm kind of sick of seeing this guy die.

@MrDandy - It was worth it this time. I teared up a bit when it happened.

@BlindWedjat - Yeah, it's really heartfelt. His relationship with Lois is 10 times more mature than what the CW does, and it's a cartoon FFS. Fights looked incredible as well. Probably the best animated from DC since Gods and Monsters.
