Calm down for the [frick]'s sake! I'm pretty damn sure they were joking about being "MARVEL GUYS." They've said good and bad things about Marvel and DC.

This film feels way too rushed. I think it's a terrible idea to put Batman in the newly established Superman series. Superman should have had a solid sequel to watch this iteration of the character grow before unnecessarily ramming another superhero in. This film will be less a sequel with a good story, instead being a cash-in. Goyer is like a twat with a shotgun when it comes to writing scripts alone, or as in this case, writing a script with Zack Snyder, who has absolutely no ability to tell a story. What we'll end up with is massively long fight scenes, but instead of Zod it will be Batman. This will be to detract the audience from the absurdity of the script these two clowns will come up with, as all the little children will be ecstatic with joy at seeing Batman and Superman fighting each other and will see any plot as "unnecessary". Even though, logically speaking, Superman would just breath and Batman would be knocked into orbit and suffer imminent death. But the film would only last 5 minutes then.

This. Film. Is. Doomed. To. Fail.

RyKnow response

When did I mention any of the Iron Man films??? I can't see where your response stemmed from. I think you mistake me for someone who'll leap to the defence of the MCU. I am really sorry to disappoint. I personally couldn't give a s**t about Marvel's increasingly erratic cinematic universe. Avengers was overblown and overhyped, and Iron Man 3 was just plain strange.

As a side note though, Nick Fury was only in Iron Man in a very brief after credits scene, not as a major supporting character.

Also, if I'm going to watch a Man of Steel sequel, I want to see Superman. Not Batman.

@ VincentVega - Man of Steel was an "ok" film. I was pleasantly surprised with what Snyder delivered, considering I think he's a shite director. But the studio want to immitate what Marvel have successfully (?) done and I can't see it ending well. It's not starting well; you simply don't stick another major superhero, especially someone as iconic as Batman, as a co-star in a another superhero's sequel.
There's another article you've had a stab at me on, using the exact same wording you originally threw at me on this one which I've yet to read. I've a feeling you won't have used nice language, but I'm sure we can end up getting along. I don't know about you but I don't come on here to argue, but to speak my mind on films and have debate with other film fans. Hopefully, we can debate in the future too.
