TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES II: THE SECRET OF THE OOZE Honest Trailer

I think any TMNT fan would agree that the first big-screen outing for the awesome foursome was pretty damn good, and actually still holds up today for the most part. The sequel? Not so much. Check out Screen Junkies' latest honest trailer after the jump.

Never saw this one, but after watching this, I'm glad I never did.

This movie was less dark and more like the cartoon, if you were an 80s kid it was everything we wanted.

A) I also loved this as a kid.

B) Kids are stupid.

LMAO! "Surf Ninja". Anyway, this movie is not that bad(better than the 3rd one). Not going to lie, whenever I watch this movie, I want to eat Pizza while watching it...

SAYS you, dude! This is one of my all time favorite movies. By the way, the picture you're using is from the third movie. Come on.

Also enjoyed the first one, but it's not as entertaining and the third act sucks. (The turtles fail and Splinter does all the work) Plus no Vanilla Ice.

Thirty years of technology and Bay's version still looks like garbage compared to this movie. Sad.

This one is a masterpiece compared to 3.

You hear a about the proctologist working on some forms and paperwork?

He reaches into his shirt pocket and tries to start writing with a thermometer.

He looks at the thermometer and mutters:

"That asshole stole my pen!"

The secret of the ooze was that there was no higher purpose to it. It was created by accident, they tried to dump it, accidentally creating the
turtles . It was an accident that created more accidents. Much like the movie.

@ Superior, how old are you? Cause back in the day, this movie was the shit to a 12 year old. It has not held up very well and definitely wouldn't appeal to a mature audience now.

Come to think of it, I don't even think kids today can get into this... But it sure does hold some memories.

Even as a kid when I saw this movie I was disappointed. And I've no shame saying I was born in 1980. The first film will always be the one for me. Mostly because they filmed it in my home town of NYC. Lets see what Michael Bay did with it though. *Fingers crossed* like a Freddy Got Fingered scene. Lol

Yeah, still better that the 3rd but that doesn't make up for just how bad it was. I mean, Vanilla Ice - terrible, just terrible!

Say what you will about the quality of these movies, Shredder looked really badass in both.

I & II were absolutely fine & IMO, STILL hold up to this day!

However, Turtles III on the other hand, wellllllllllllll, the less said the better!

Hated it as a kid, still hate it now!

You Kill Shredder, you kill your franchise!

The Japanese Time travel story sucked balls!

@megabatfan

I was born after this one came out. The only one of the series I watched was the first one, which I thought was gold when I was young. I probably would've liked this as a kid(I actually enjoyed Howard the Duck as a kid), but I think my younger self would've been mad about the "no weapons" vibe and no Bepop and Rocksteady.
