Get A Glimpse Of FIRESTORM's Suit From An Upcoming Episode Of THE FLASH

Robbie Amell has taken to Instagram to share a behind-the-scenes photo from The Flash, and in it we get a first look at the costume Firestorm will don in the series! Does he resemble his comic book counterpart? Let's just say you're definitely gonna recognise that logo...

Firestorm made his presence felt in the midseason finale of The Flash when he took down Reverse-Flash. However, the character looks set to have an even greater presence in the rest of season two, and you can't help but wonder if this might all be leading up to him getting his own series like Barry Allen did after appearing in Arrow. The image posted below features our first look at the Firestorm suit, and while it will obviously look quite a bit different when special effects are added, this sneak peek is pretty awesome, eh? It looks quote a bit better than the comic book version too (which would NEVER work in live-action). Be sure to share your thoughts in the usual place...

Late shoot last night. Here's a little behind the scenes shot... #TheFlash #Firestorm 🔥☔️

@bigdannymac it probably is the costume before CGI is used to enhance it.

Believe it or not I wouldn't be mad if that was the final costume. Simply knowing that CW isn't afraid to make the dudes head and hands light on fire is all I need to know that he'll be awesome. I mean the Special Effects on Firestorm were better than the ones on The Human Torch from the fantastic four films.

They could dress Firestorm in a burlap sack for all of care, and I still wouldn't be mad. They managed to get his powers right and make him look [frick]ing cool.

Color me as impressed.

I hope they don't give him the headgear … that would look stupid

some things in comics are ridiculous and can not be done, for example the original Wolverine costume is ridiculous for movies, Original Firestorm costume would look like an old 70's series
