Hope it doesn't come off too cheesy

I know this gets said ad naseum... But Jared Leto has enormous shoes to fill with respect to embodying the Joker. Even Hammill's Trickster voice is a closer approximation of what I (and most fans) hear when I read the Joker than what most of his other incarnations have been.

Long live the king.

Awesome- Can't wait to watch this. I think DC is doing a great job with their TV shows, but I think they maybe made the girl playing supergirl get too big...

That was a great clip. I'm glad that Hamill chose to channel the Joker a little.

@AleRebelde

In a way,you could say Hamill channeled the Joker when he originally did the trickster in 91 since he
appeared on The Flash CBS series less then 2 years after Tim Burton's Batman film reignited Hollywood interest in superheroes,comic book films and television that had died down from the "superhero craze" of the mid to late 70's.

In a way,The Flash series,could have been the first example of a shared universe since it shared a similar look to the Burton Batman films that included a Danny Elfman score,costuming and Noir tone.

WB really missed a chance to set the Flash in the Batman universe by simply mentioning Gotham or Batman in the pilot,which would have blown our minds in those days even if they never got to meet.

The Trickster was presented as that show's Joker,so in a sense,Hamill was trying to out "over the top"
Jack Nicholson's performance which had set the bar for comic book movie villain that other guys like Al Pacino tried
to match in films like Dick Tracy.

@StreakOfBlue
I hope your wrong!
Jaden Smith can play Ezra Millers GF/BF Iris. Keep his crap acting away from CBM. Bad enough his dad got a role that was better suited for other actors.
