This year's Flash/Arrow crossover comes to a close tonight with our heroes going head-to-head with the seemingly unbeatable Vandal Savage. Meanwhile, the rest of the team works to come up with a weapon to stop him. Come check out the extended promo now!

PART TWO OF THE EPIC CROSSOVER WITH “THE FLASH” — Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Barry Allen (guest star Grant Gustin) take Kendra Saunders (guest star Ciara Renée) and Carter Hall (guest star Falk Henstchel) to a remote location to keep them hidden from Vandal Savage (guest star Casper Crump) while they figure out how to defeat him. Malcolm (John Barrowman) arranges a meeting between Vandal, Green Arrow and The Flash that doesn’t go as planned. Meanwhile, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards), Thea (Willa Holland), Diggle (David Ramsey) and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) work with Team Flash to come up with a weapon powerful enough to destroy Vandal Savage. Thor Freudenthal directed the episode with story by Greg Berlanti & Marc Guggenheim and teleplay by Brian Ford Sullivan & Marc Guggenheim (#408).

The Flash episode of the crossover was pretty fun. Merlyn randomly stepping out of shadows for exposition was hilarious, hope he keeps doing it on Arrow.

This is the exact same promo I posted. There is no new footage. The only thing extended about this is the YouTube part after the videos that provides links to other videos and subscribing.

I don't know why people hate on Laurel so much. She hasn't been annoying since Season 2. I just wished the writers gave her more to work with and develop her character more. She also needs a staff instead of that dumb billy club.

Laurel was going okay recently until she brought Sara back and was arguing with Oliver about it. Her point of view was basically "I know I brought her back, and because of that a lot of people have died, but have you even considered MY FEELINGS???"

Other than that though, yeah she's been alright recently.

Laurel & Diggle are obviously not dead. For one, they wouldn't show the death of not one but two major characters in the promo. And two, Laurel talked to Sara in the trailer for Legends of Tomorrow. And using logic 101, if Laurel didn't die that vaporization, then neither did Diggle.

I see no reason to hate Laurel. Everything annoying about her changed as he character developed. I dig her. That said, they are going to have to bust their humps to force a romance between her and Ollie in the end, because there is very little screen chemistry there.

I like Flash more than Arrow these days, but I do appreciate Arrow for having taken us on the journey from grounded to what CW has today. All they need to do is introduce the Cosmic DC setting (supergirl crossover? making good on the GL references?) and they will have established a basis for anything in the DCU being possible. I'd like to see a Season 5 of Arrow giving a clean and open conclusion to Arrow's story, then reshuffle the deck and transition into a different show where Flash, LoT, and whatever the new show would be providing opportunities for Arrow related cameos or nods.
What I'd hate to see is Arrow outstay its welcome and be milked until ratings drop, hurting the CWverse as a whole.
