With The Flash now just one month away from racing into theaters, excitement appears to be (slowly) building for the next DCEU movie. A confident Warner Bros. Discovery decided to premiere the upcoming blockbuster at CinemaCon last month, with the downside being that the entire plot has since leaked online.
Whether that will dampen enthusiasm during The Flash's opening weekend remains to be seen, but a new promo poster teases the Multiverse and both versions of the Scarlet Speedster.
The younger Barry Allen is decked out in a modified Batsuit we're hoping looks a little better in motion, but the older Flash's new costume is pretty cool. We actually get a great shot of the hero in a new batch of official stills (via Covered Geekly) which also put the spotlight on Supergirl and Barry's mom.
There are also some terrific behind-the-scenes shots of Ezra Miller, director Andy Muschietti, and producer Barabara Muschietti.
Check out this new look at The Flash below.
Worlds collide in The Flash when Barry uses his superpowers to travel back in time in order to change the events of the past. But when his attempt to save his family inadvertently alters the future, Barry becomes trapped in a reality in which General Zod has returned, threatening annihilation, and there are no Super Heroes to turn to.
That is, unless Barry can coax a very different Batman out of retirement and rescue an imprisoned Kryptonian...albeit not the one he's looking for. Ultimately, to save the world that he is in and return to the future that he knows, Barry's only hope is to race for his life. But will making the ultimate sacrifice be enough to reset the universe?
The movie stars Ezra Miller, Sasha Calle, Michael Shannon, Ron Livingston, Maribel Verdu, Kiersey Clemons, Antje Traue, and Michael Keaton.
The Flash races into theaters on June 16.
