Green Lantern reference was loooove. The Ollie vs. RF fight was bullshit though. Had to create some easy loophole for Ollie to actually stand a chance. Can we be real...RF can easily take down a human come on

I think if they end up using John Stewart in the Justice League film they're gonna bring Hal Jordan into The Flash. I smell a plan!

It's pretty obvious that Wells lost on purpose, he wants Barry to break the time barrier again.

@billnye69

Does he want Barry to break the time barrier? Yes, if he has a means to absorb the Speed Force he does, if not...then he could care less...

IF Barry makes a major change in the past however, Wells doesn't get to return to "his future"

Wells went down too easy. I hope it was part of his plan. If not thats a little disappointing.

How are they NOT gonna bring in Green Lantern soon? There are wayyyyy too many references to him.

So to tally up all the GL references:

-Ferris Air showing up more than once
-Missing test pilot
-Barry visiting Coast City to get pizza

I miss anything?

Loved the Green Lantern reference! And the fight at the end of the episode!! Holy crap! So insanely awesome! I can't believe that wasn't the finale! The Flash has just been so great here's to hoping Season 2 is just as good or better than the first!

Captain Cold was as subtle as Batman and Robin's Mr. Freeze and Gotham's Riddler today.
PartyKiller

So if Barry could get Arrow and Firestorm to help fight Wells, why couldn't he get them to help transfer the prisoners instead of getting screwed by Capt. Cold?

Sorry, Wells lost this on purpose. No way Ollie would manage to hit that super-fast and super-clever SOB like that twice.

What a fantastic episode! Flash, Al Sah-him and Firestorm vs Reverse-Flash felt quick, but it was solid. Gave each guy a proper moment without being cheesy. And yes, while some of you want to whine and complain, Ollie's place in this battle did make sense. Ollie got lucky at first and Thawne wanted to be stopped the second time.

Man, I love how Captain Cold is portrayed in this series. Him and Heatwave are two of my favorite characters in this "Flarrowverse".

I think the season finale will end with Flash entering the Flashpoint-verse which will set the phase for season 2

A lot of people didn't think the Flash was ever going to happen on the cw just because of a slight reference made by Dinah in season 1, and now they tease GL to a further extent by letting us know that Ferris Air shut down because a test pilot went missing. Yeah, GL is coming to the cw at some point. If that leaked script from the Flash, from a while back, is legit then maybe we'll get to see him in the finale if they choose to introduce him this early.
