Details are few and far between, but we're hearing that The Flash star Ezra Miller has been arrested again in Hawaii. It's unclear if this is in relation to the previous incident, or some new trouble.

Seemingly determined to torpedo what's left of their career, Ezra Miller has reportedly been arrested again.

Just weeks after The Flash star was arrested for disorderly conduct and harassment, the actor is said to have been detained by police yet again on the island of Hawaii. We don't have many details on why they were taken into custody this time, but we're hearing a complaint of second-degree assault was lodged.

Miller's recent brush with the law arose from a drunken altercation with several patrons in a bar (it seems they didn't like them singing karaoke in their presence), and the situation was only escalated when a restraining order was filed after they (allegedly) threatened and stole from a couple they'd been staying with in Hilo - after they bailed them out of jail!

In light of these events, Warner Bros. reportedly held an emergency impromptu meeting to discuss the actor's future, ultimately deciding to "hit pause on any future projects involving Miller including possible appearances in the DC Cinematic Universe." A studio rep later dismissed this report as an "exaggeration."

If WB execs weren't considering a recast before, they probably are now!

We now have an update with some more details on the assault.

@DrReedRichards - I think is about time they seriously consider releasing Batgirl on theathers, and this on HBO Max...how the hell are they going to manage the PR with this guy!?

@TheHumanSpider2 -

Same way Fox had to deal with Singer and his accusations during DoFP's press tour. It's a horrible situation that in true Hollywood fashion will be swept under the rug for as long as need and then hastily dealt with.

The choker earns a cheer award, the slapper gets a standing ovation.

@DrReedRichards - I dont think the accusations were known when DOFP came out...when Apocalypse came out, it was uncomfortable, and Fox removed him from press tours...however, we are talking about the director, Ezra is the lead, he is the FACE of the movie, the face on posters and t-shirts.

@TheHumanSpider2 -

I remember the issue dating back to 2014, but I could be wrong.

As for Ezra, I wouldn't be surprised if the movie received the signature New Mutants or Morbius treatment and got delayed yet again, until it's pushed to some dead market like January 2024. Honestly, the whole thing is just a mess.

@DrReedRichards - They are in a really bad position...their fault, the moment he was caught on camera chocking a woman, was the moment they should have fired him.
He is the freaking lead, his face is going to be in lunchboxes!

"look mommy, I'm the Flash!"
