I'm beginning to think Agents of Shield takes place BEFORE Iron Man 3.

@MoR I agree. Alan Taylor is like a perfect Thor Director. Should have made this movie 20 min longer though, oh well still looks great.

@Duz, they made mention to events in IM3, so it comes after that.

Saw Thor 2 yesterday, AWESOME. Excellent cameo from a certain someone, some good laughs and an excellent set-up for Thor 3. If only the fight with Kurse was a bit longer
The mid-credit scene, i can see why Taylor didn't want to take credit for it, it's is a real shift from Thor, kinda cooky.

Many people on this site have seen the movie, the rest will see it on November 8 and I have to wait until November 22. That's totally fair... I'm not jealous of you at all

@TelaVizion, when? If you mean the Extremis, I'm pretty sure the first time they mentioned it in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. they called it "New". With the President being kidnapped in Iron Man 3, that's a pretty big event so I would have thought S.H.I.E.L.D. had some knowledge of what happened and would roughly know what Extremis is.

super hero flick of 2013 so far...

1. Thor: The Dark World
2. Iron Man 3
3. Man of Steel [i was really hoping THIS to be the first..yet again, what a HUGE Super letdown, WB/DC].

Iron Man IV won't hit until after Avengers 3 and it will probably be with a new Tony Stark, not RDJ.

Just got back from the cinema. All I can say is I'm still looking for my brain after this movie blew it clean out of my skull. The action...the humour....the scale...I just can't.. All I can say is that one or two scenes will remind you of game of thrones and a certain Lannister *wink* *wink*

@AGoodHonestMan

No spoilers dude. I can neither confirm nor deny your statement, sorry. Loki has officially entered my list of favourite villains though. And Hemsworth is slowly entering that list of actors that would be difficult to replace like RDJ and Hugh Jackman.

I agree with Moviesrawesome, i saw Thor 2 last night and Hemsworth and Downey Jr are now on their own level, what comes to superhero actors. They bith would hard to replace. This movie is best job from Hemsworth, no doubt. Hiddelston is up there for best Villains ever!

Those who have not seen the movie yet, you gonna love it. It' s totally Thor and 9 realms, Marvel is really going for the Cosmos nowdays :) Malekith and Kurse looks great and Eccelston is so good and that end fight , just wait and Enjoy :)

@TelaVizion Agents of Shield has made references to Extremis, but not to any other events in IM3. As you know, Extremis existed before IM3 and we can assume they knew about it before Tony.
