Marvel’s “Thor: The Dark World” continues the big-screen adventures of Thor, the Mighty Avenger, as he battles to save Earth and all the Nine Realms from a shadowy enemy that predates the universe itself. In the aftermath of Marvel’s “Thor” and “Marvel’s The Avengers,” Thor fights to restore order across the cosmos…but an ancient race led by the vengeful Malekith returns to plunge the universe back into darkness. Faced with an enemy that even Odin and Asgard cannot withstand, Thor must embark on his most perilous and personal journey yet, one that will reunite him with Jane Foster and force him to sacrifice everything to save us all.

THOR: THE DARK WORLD is being directed by Alan Taylor ("Game of Thrones") and will be released November 8, 2013. Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Anthony Hopkins, Natalie Portman, Rene Russo, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Zachary Levi, Jaimie Alexander, Ray Stevenson, Kat Dennings, Christopher Eccleston, and Idris Elba.

Thor 1 was great until he was banished to earth. That was the weakest part of the movie.

ol these videos are hilarious.

But I still think Thor one was the best phase one film, IMO.

L.S: Thor The Dark World: 87% on RT. Highest of all CBMs this year. Seems to be the CMB of the year.

What confuses me is that a lot of the scores for MoS were 3/5 but were still considered rotten but with Thor 2, 3/5 scores are considered fresh? Ah, whatever, [frick] rotten tomatoes. IMDB is where it is at

The creativeness of these videos are 0 to none.

They aim to profit on other peoples creativeness by doing cheap jokes at the expanse of other people.

Movies that a whole lot of people made a real effort to produce.

It's just pretentious and stupid.

I actually was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked Thor. I've never had love for the character but I thought Kenneth Branaugh did a great job. I'd say it was definitely better than average, but that Honest trailer was funny.

@Godzillafart

"Final fight sucked. I feel the destroyer was the most wasted "villain" in any Marvel film."

I dont agree with your "IM3 Mandarin is the best version ever" but this I'm 100% on board with. My heart broke when Thor owned it so easily after The Warriors 3 struggled and the way it slaughtered Frost Giants.

Absolutely hate the scene where Thor tells Coulson to call on him anytime earth needs help.

I may be a bit biased but I feel that the shared sandbox of the MCU held Brannagh back by having him leave the Shakespearean element he's known for. Which is why the Earth stuff was so much weaker than Asgard.

I liked it the first time I saw it, found it ok the second time and I got really bored the third time. It's not a bad movie but the final battle was awful and final battles are important parts of cbms.

Yes. There isn't one score on IMDB (excluding Spider-man 1 and 2) that I disagree with.
