Skrillex Working On Sound Design For TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION

If it isn't enough that alternative rock band Imagine Dragons will be applying their flare to Steve Jablonsky's score for the latest Transformers film, electronic Musician Sonny John Moore a.k.a Skrillex has also joined with Michael Bay to bring us his vision to some of the sound design elements within the film, saying that it is some of the "craziest Skrillex sounds' that he could ever make. Check out the brief statement below.

Skrillex is currently working on sound design for the next Transformers movie, creating "the craziest Skrillex sounds I could ever make." He also has other filmscoring projects in the offing, while he and good pal Diplo have been making some new music together as well.

TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION is the fourth film in director Michael Bay’s global blockbuster franchise. Mark Wahlberg, Stanley Tucci, Li Bingbing , Kelsey Grammer, Sophia Myles, T. J. Miller, Nicola Peltz, Jack Reynor and Titus Welliver star. The film begins after an epic battle that left a great city torn, but with the world saved. As humanity picks up the pieces, a shadowy group reveals itself in an attempt to control the direction of history… while an ancient, powerful new menace sets Earth in its crosshairs. With help from a new cast of humans, Optimus Prime and the Autobots rise to meet their most fearsome challenge yet. In an incredible adventure, they are swept up in a war of good and evil, ultimately leading to a climactic battle across the world.

I actually like Imagine Dragons, so I like that they are working on the movie, but Skrillex? Really? Well, I guess it suits the EXPLOSIONS in this movie, so, it should fit in well...

Not going to bother seeing this one. Whole movie looks like a deleted scene from transformers 3. The first movie was fun, the 2nd was mildly entertaining, the 3rd just gave me a headache.

Spelling is not the issue..read Mirage's comment.
It's not the grammar,it's difficult to read the mashed up sentences.

Typos are a non-issue...issue is how weak these films are.
First & foremost the terrible robot designs & secondly the mind numbing stories.
Awful franchise that needs to die...well REBOOT.

Calm down you clown.
Please stop running your sentences together.
Hard to read,that's the jibberish.

Listen,I like Transformers. I think they should be depicted in films correctly.
The past movies are crap & adding Skrillex to the movies is like taking a shit on another pile of shit.

I'm not going to NOT comment on ridiculous stuff like this.
If you like Transformers pal..You deserve better.

@MarvelsDarkKnight You're an idiot. He's doing the SOUND DESIGN, NOT composing the score. You wont hear dubstep, you'll hear robot noises. Which i'm surprised no one likes this news considering you all think his music sounds like robots and what not. He's perfect for this. The sounds are going to be amazing. I can't speak for the movie itself, but if there's one thing Oscar worthy about the Transformers movies, that would be the sound effects.
