Apple TV+ has released the official trailer for Silo, their upcoming post-apocalyptic sci-fi series that stars Rebecca Ferguson (Mission: Impossible; Dune) in the lead role as head engineer Juliette Nichols.
The mysterious new series is based on Hugh Howey's acclaimed novel series and centers on the last ten thousand people on Earth, who all reside within this massive silo that no one remembers when or why it was built - and whoever tries to find out, quickly ends up dead. When a loved one is murdered, Juliette finds herself in an unexpected situation where she must perform new duties while attempting to unravel a mystery darker and more devastating than she could've ever imagined.
In addition to Ferguson, the cast features Tim Robbins (Bernard), Common (Sims), Harriet Walter (Martha Walker), Chinaza Uche (Paul Billings), Avi Nash (Lukas Kyle), David Oyelowo (Holston), Rashida Jones (Allison), Ferdinand Kingsley (George Wilkins), Iain Glen (Dr. Pete Nichols), Shane McRae (Knox), Matt Gomez Hidaka (Cooper), Rick Gomez (Patrick Kennedy), Lee Drage (Franky Brown), Henry Garrett (Douglas Trumbull), Will Merrick (Danny), and Paul Herzberg (Kilroy).
Silo starts streaming, exclusively on Apple TV+, on May 5.
