The first official trailer for the eighth and final season of
Arrow is finally here and it's as epic as it is emotional as we revisit key moments from over the years. There's also a quick sizzle of the final year as we see the return of Josh Segarra and Colin Donnell and also get our first look at some new costumes for the Emerald Archer (Stephen Amell) and Black Siren (Katie Cassidy).
The panel also revealed Charlie Barnett (
Chicago Fire) has joined the cast of season eight in as series regular role as John Diggle, Jr., a.k.a. J.J. Details are being kept under wraps, but considering he's the leader of the Deathstroke Gang, fans should probably expect him to showdown with his younger brother Connor Hawke (Joseph David-Jones) on more than one occasion this season.

After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island in the North China Sea. He returned home to Star City, bent on righting the wrongs done by his family and fighting injustice. As the Green Arrow, he protects his city with the help of former soldier John Diggle, computer-science expert Felicity Smoak, former protégé Roy Harper, brilliant inventor Curtis Holt, street-savvy Rene Ramirez and meta-human Dinah Drake. Oliver will find himself vulnerable in a way unlike ever before when a mysterious new enemy begins to unravel his work as Green Arrow, forcing him to redeem his name or risk losing everything.
