ARROW Season 3 Storyline, China White And Cool Behind-The-Scenes Pic

Check out this cool behind-the-scenes pic tweeted by Arrow executive producer Marc Guggenheim.
Kelly Hu spoke with Spoiler TV about her Arrow character China White. Hu states that White doesn't return in season 2 but that her character is in jail but not dead. Perhaps if the show gets the Suicide Squad spinoff, White can join the ranks of Taskforce X?

“I can’t take all the credit [on Arrow]. I have to say I do have an amazing stunt girl that’s been covering me on that. I do as much as I can but I have to give my stunt girls credit as well. Some of the other characters on the show are incredible fighters, though. It’s hard, it’s really hard, to look better than they are. It takes a lot of effort, believe me.I don’t know when I’m going to be back. Right now my character is in jail and I’m not dead so that’s a good thing. There is a possibility [to return] as long as you’re not dead. But then again, even when you are dead you can still come back, right?”

According to TV Guide, the recent Mirakuru rampage by Roy Harper (Colton Haynes) will play a meaningful role in Roy's character development in the season 2 finale and into season 3. Says TV Guide, "Although Roy will be awake by the finale, the team will grapple with whether or not to reveal that Roy killed someone during his Mirakuru rage — a decision that I hear will come back to haunt them in Season 3."

"After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island in the Pacific. When he returns home to Starling City, his devoted mother Moira, much-beloved sister Thea, and best friend Tommy welcome him home, but they sense Oliver has been changed by his ordeal on the island. While Oliver hides the truth about the man he’s become, he desperately wants to make amends for the actions he took as the boy he was. Most particularly, he seeks reconciliation with his former girlfriend, Laurel Lance. As Oliver reconnects with those closest to him, he secretly creates the persona of Arrow – a vigilante – to right the wrongs of his family, fight the ills of society, and restore Starling City to its former glory. By day, Oliver plays the role of a wealthy, carefree and careless philanderer he used to be – flanked by his devoted chauffeur/bodyguard, John Diggle – while carefully concealing the secret identity he turns to under cover of darkness. However, Laurel’s father, Detective Quentin Lance, is determined to arrest the vigilante operating in his city. Meanwhile, Oliver’s own mother, Moira, knows much more about the deadly shipwreck than she has let on – and is more ruthless than he could ever imagine."

Still don't get the satisfaction with being the first to comment. Maybe cuz there ppl have never been first at anything before. Boom, roasted.

Arrow is sick but this season has been a little to soap opera like at times. And the drama is funny but this season went a little far

Hasn't this whole season been about how destructive lies and secrets can be?

For starters, I really think that THE guy from 300 is gonna be Slade Wilson in 300. The marketing for Deathstroke has been through the roof for the past 2 years. Also, I hope they kill off Roy Harper. I honestly feel like he is the week link in this show.

@Diamondz Yes and No. Green Lantern ended up with about four different writers plus the Directors input, so while yes he did write Green Lantern, it is hard to say if the final product was any where near his original vision.

@Knightrider

The final version of green lantern that we ended up with on screen was no where near as amazing as his version. The script I read 2 years before the movie came out was the best superhero movie I ever read. Right up there with the 78 Superman and that's saying something.

Love it! Season 3 - give us the Survivalist and the Sea Scourge. Tie it into Diggle and the sub - modern day and on the island!

Also - The Archer From Mars, make it a dedicated episode!

Arrow's producers need to look at their falling ratings and poor episodes and realize that the direction of the show is not working. The show needs a huge overhaul that would be a reboot of sorts. One that puts more emphasis on the characters people want to see while creating new and better characters while doing away with uninteresting and unappealing characters like Thea, Laurel, and Sarah.

And the show has done the season long badguy who sits in an office wearing a business suit plotting the destruction of Starling City and who can beat Oliver in both seasons.
The show has done 2 seasons of ripping off the 3 Nolan Dark Knight films.
It needs to stop mimicking every plot and subplot of The Dark Knight trilogy.
They even mixed the Ra's plot with the Gotham takeover plot from TDKR with Slade's boring crusade against Oliver.

It's doubtful the producers can or will improve Arrow. To do that they would need to admit that the show they have created is an unlikable mess and revamp it.
With The Flash and Marvel's Netflix series coming next year and Agents Of Shield finally becoming a great show, interest in Arrow will continue to fall as those series will make Arrow look even more pitiful in quality and ratings by comparison.

CW should then realize Arrow's ratings peaked at a very small peak last year and that the show has no growth potential. At that point it should be axed as CW moves on to superhero shows with greater potential and hopefully shows that do not make the same catastrophic mistakes as Arrow.

Just don't kill Deathstroke. There will be a riot of "Daryl" proportions if you kill him.
