After last appearing in Arrow season six, Thea Queen (Willa Holland) is back, and it looks like she's been up to quite a lot since we saw her last. After working with Nyssa (Katrina Law) to destroy the Lazarus Pits, she's now working with Talia al Ghul (Lexa Doig) and the League of Shadows on something yet-to-be determined.

It's unclear what'll bring the Queen siblings back together, but considering that Holland is expected to recur throughout the rest of the final season, it's probably safe to assume she'll have a major role to play before Arrow comes to a close in January - and may also appear in "Crisis on Infinite Earths."

"Leap of Faith" - (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET) (TV-14, LV) (HDTV)

Meanwhile, John (David Ramsey) and Lyla (guest star Audrey Marie Anderson) partner on a special ops mission. Katie Cassidy directed the episode written by Emilio Ortega Aldrich & Elizabeth Kim (#803). Original airdate 10/29/2019.

Nice to see Katanna again, liked her in season 3, but was annoyed when she left right before the final battle, after that has only had a cameo or two.

Another strong episode this season, pretty/very good. The action, writing, and acting were quite good. This episode had some great callbacks to the third season (personally my least favorite Arrow season) but also some real heart and emotion.

Its episodes like this that really highlight that Oliver is the best and most mature hero in the Arrowverse. Thought Oliver/Amell had some really strong scenes tonight, lots of emotion and depth. Liked how we saw Oliver's struggles with doing what is necessary and also doing what is right. Good job Amell tonight.

The fallout of Earth-2 getting destroyed was handled well, just as Oliver was exploring a lot of emotion, so was Laurel and Cassidy did a good job here (along with the writing) showing how she is grappling with her entire planet and all those she cared about being wiped from existence.

It was nice to see Katana return, and a surprise to see China White. Also nice to see Lyla again, liked that Diggle referred to her as Harbinger. Was certainly a surprising twist that she has been conferring with The Monitor and is working with him to prevent the coming Crisis.

The flashforwards were fine this week, slightly stronger than the premiere. Certainly not as interesting as what's happening in the present but learning more about Diggle's two sons was nice.

Next week's episode should be really good returning to Nanda Parbat and seeing Thea and Talia again.

The flash forwards were once again unwatchable. Just focus on Oliver already...its the final effing season. Very cool to see Katana and China White again.
