TV Line reveals that Charlotte Ross will return in the eighteenth episode of Arrow, reprising the role of Felicity Smoak's mother. The reception to her debut in The CW series last November was well-received by fans and critics alike, so it's no surprise that she'll be back this soon in some ways. Details are being kept under wraps for the time being of course, but be sure to stay tuned to CBM for more on the NYPD Blue star's return to Arrow. In other casting news which may interest some of you, The Hobbit Trilogy's Richard Armitage has been cast as iconic serial killer Francis Dolarhyde (better known as "The Tooth Fairy") in the third season of Hannibal.
