The writers put her down since they turn her into a love interest of Ollie.
I liked her in season 1, they really [frick]ed up with all the teen love BS. This CW shows can do so much better without all that soup opera drama.

But still, this season is been a major upgrade from season 3. Arrow is slowly recovering itself from that shitty season 3.
