Next week, things continue to spin out of control in Gotham as Poison Ivy (Peyton List) sets her sight on a new target, which forces Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and Lucius Fox (Chris Chalk) to seek out an old friend. 

Meanwhile, Sofia Falcone (Crystal Reed) continues her quest to gain control of Gotham City and looks to Lee Thompkins (Morena Baccarin) for information about the Narrows. Plus, Bruce (David Mazouz) continues his journey, but he must first make amends with his own remaining family: Alfred (Sean Pertwee).

Tonight's episode was alright. It had some really great moments. I thought the Ivy stuff was good, and Bruce's hallucination was good too, as was the Jerome stuff (that Joker easter egg was probably my favorite moment). But these recent Gotham episodes have just lacked something that pushes them from 'alright' to 'very good' or 'great.' This episode felt like it was setting up much of the season to come. Thank god Bruce appears to be over his bitchy phase. Alfred has every right to say no after what Bruce did to him. Next week's episode does look pretty good though.

Okay I don't watch the show (I gave it a shot at the start, gave up after about 3eps), but I am curious about something, those who do... because didn't they come out a couple months ago (maybe even Cameron Monaghan himself) and plainly say that the Jerome character was NOT going to be the show's Joker? It's just, from a couple of the latest stills I've seen around online, they're sure making him A LOT like the Joker for a guy who's supposed to be apparently someone else.

Are they just doing a really poor job of trying to have it both ways?

@CaptCoulson - It’s complicated at the moment due to set photos, but if the theories are correct “Jerome” technically isn’t Joker, but Cameron Monaghan will still play Joker.

Another crazy episode, i expected a trippy sequence for Bruce but not in this way, still kinda liked it tho!
Love Ivy, nice to see Joker, but ESPECIALLY Ra's al Ghul!
The Demon's Head cannot die, he'll return! :3
