He seems to be channeling a lot from Hamill's version, which appears to look good in this setting. But I'm calling it now, he isn't the Joker.

Man, when this show oozes cheese I just eat it up.

Sure, it's basically the idea of Smallville in Batman's world but Batman has a much more interesting world to explore and this show just goes balls to the wall instead of holding it all in for 10 seasons.
