Pretty good show. Not perfect but they can only get better from here.

Jada pinkett is one hot cougar.

Wonder if the carpet matches the drapes.
(Or if there even is carpet)

I'm loving this show so far, but I'm wondering how they're going to stretch this out before they inevitably have to venture into Batman territory. I don't want to sell them short, but I guess we'll see.

The only reason Fish Mooney is called that, is so that when Penguin gets his revenge and is about to kill her, he can say some cold shit to her like "You know, in the wild....Penguins eat Fish."

Maybe he'll follow it up with "I'm hungry."

In the wild, men are forced to eat raw tuna by their women. Regardless of the time of the month. :(

Didn't have much faith in Jada when I first heard she was on the show. But I think she's doing a damn good job.

Yeah I can see why Will Smith married her.

But...uhh...just to see if I'm right, someone explain it to me. Please.

It's because he likes women he's afraid of, right?

I think this is one of the best retelling of origin for these characters. I just hope they keep it very much steeped in lore and take risks.

I'm fully on board w/ this show. I'm even getting used the shows version of Catwom...er, Selina. You can see a little method acting, especially when she's curious/surprised - almost catlike. Yeah, I know. "She's catwoman, she wouldn't act like a dog. duh!" but for such a young actress to be able to portray such a complex character, she's doing a bang up job.

Actually both young actors for Selina and Bruce, respectively, are [frick]in killin it!

Ben McKenzie is just a dope Jim Gordon and Donald Logue IS Harvey Bullock. Plain and simple.

Oswald on the come up like Drake "started from the bottom" (of the Gotham River) "now he's here". Watching him slowly reacquiring his personal value literally piece by piece is such a dope way of studying his motivations and personality.

Fish is ok as the intermediate threat. I actually kinda felt for her when she had to watch her boy-toy get stomped into paste...but then I chuckled at his arm brace the next scene so...

but THE ABSOLUTE BEST PART OF THE SHOW? Seeing locations I've traversed while playing the Arkham games. Pioneer Bridge, The Industrial Distric, hell, even the interior of GCPD looks like it could be from Arkham Origins.

Such a dope show. Everything else on Fox is drowning except for Gotham and it's easy to see why
