The main bulk of the animated
Harley Quinn series voice-cast was announced some time ago, but one particular feline femme fatale was conspicuous by her absence. Now, we now who will provide the voice for Catwoman on the DC Universe show.
While speaking at the American Black Film Festival about her career in film and TV, actress Sanaa Lathan revealed that she will play Selina Kyle in the adult-oriented series, which is set to premiere on the streaming service this October.
Lathan joins Kaley Cuoco as Harley, Lake Bell Poison Ivy, Alan Tudyk as The Joker, Rahul Kohli as Scarecrow, Diedrich Bader as Batman, Tony Hale as Doctor Psycho and Chris Meloni as Commissioner Gordon. The cast also includes Ron Funches, JB Smoove, Jason Alexander, Wanda Sykes and Giancarlo Esposito in undiclosed roles.
The adult animated action-comedy follows Harley as she breaks things off with the Joker and attempts to make it on her own as the criminal "queenpin" of Gotham City. You can check out the first teaser
