Kevin Smith delivered one of Supergirl's finest hours earlier this season and next week, we'll be treated to another potentially special episode from the Clerks director.
Monday's installment will follow Kara as she fights off a horde of alien baddies, who are all seeking the hefty bounty that's been placed on her head. Meanwhile, Alex & Maggie have a run-in with Maggie's ex-girlfriend Emily and Hank finds himself in a sticky situation when President Marsdin returns and gives him a very unexpected order.
On another note, Deadline reported earlier this week that Katie McGrath (Jurassic World), who has recurred throughout the season as the alluring Lena Luthor, has been promoted to series regular status for the upcoming third season, which premieres this fall. No further details were provided, but it's probably safe to assume we'll be seeing a much more expanded role for Lex's baby sis next year, possibly in the same vein as Tess Mercer from Smallville.
