SUPERGIRL Stinger Takes Us To Earth 90 For An Apocalyptic ELSEWORLDS Prologue
The final scene of tonight's episode of Supergirl serves as an intriguing prologue to the upcoming Elseworlds crossover event, as The Flash (John Wesley Shipp) comes face-to-face with The Monitor...
Tonight's "Bunker Hill" episode of Supergirl concluded with a surprise prologue for this year's Arrowverse crossover event, as we found out how John Wesley Shipp's classic incarnation of The Flash will enter the fray.
The scene takes us to Earth 90, where the corpses of several heroes - including Stargirl, Firestorm, Captain Cold, Hawkman, and what appears to be Smallville's Green Arrow - litter the landscape. We then see a wounded Scarlet Speedster crawling towards that mysterious book, but before he can get a hand to it The Monitor (LaMonica Garrett) picks it up and unleashes the power held within.

Clark (Tyler Hoechlin) and Lois Lane (Elizabeth Tulloch) engage in a spot of flirting on the Kent farm.
Super-cousins Clark and Kara (Melissa Benoist) share a beer.
Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) will be switching more than just costumes in this alternate reality.
Kara hanging on Cisco's (Carlos Valdes) every word.
Poor Ollie is going to have to find a way to cope with being married to Iris (Candice Patton) until this whole mess is sorted out.
Another looks at The Monitor (LaMonica Garrett), who has a very powerful book in his possession.
We're not exactly sure how it fits into the plot yet, but there's a good chance it somehow gives John Deegan (Jeremy Davies) his reality-altering abilities.
It looks like Barry and Oliver are not the only ones that'll be suffering some kind of identity crises. This version of Cisco does not look quite as friendly as his Earth-Prime counterpart.
Aww, aren't they adorable? Bazza and Ollie greet this new version of Cisco in matching leather jackets.
Two more shots of Ruby Rose as Gotham's new Caped Crusader, seen here interacting with The Emerald Archer and The Scarlet Speedster for the first time.
Our first official look at Cassandra Jean as Mr. Freeze's wife, Nora Fries.
At some point, The Girl of Steel is going to get her hands on that book. Perhaps this is how the heroes manage to reverse Deegan's damage.
No, your eyes do not deceive you - that is indeed an alternate version of Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman), who is obviously a police officer in this reality. He's backed up by Ricardo Diaz (Kirk Acevedo).
Elseworlds begins Sunday, Dec. 9, with The Flash at 8 p.m. ET; continues Monday, Dec. 10, at 8 p.m. ET with Arrow; and concludes the following night at 8 p.m. ET with Supergirl.
