Well, Samantha (Odette Annable) finally uncovered the truth about her origin tonight and unfortunately for her, that means she's lost her humanity and has truly become the biggest, baddest, Worldkilling supervillain National City has ever seen.

Unfortunately for us, we won't get to see much of her next week as Kara makes her way to Earth-1 to attend Barry and Iris' long-awaited wedding. We were treated to a full-length trailer earlier today and now, we have yet another promo that shows off just a little more footage from the first hour of the four-part event.

The Heroes Unite & The Villains Are Unmasked In Nearly 100 Photos From The DC TV Crossover!

Watch the new promo for episode eight, titled "Crisis on Earth-X, Part 1," below:

"Crisis on Earth-X, Part 1" - (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (Content Rating TBD) (HDTV)

THE EPIC FOUR-WAY CROSSOVER WITH "ARROW," "SUPERGIRL," "THE FLASH" AND "DC'S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW" BEGINS - Barry (guest star Grant Gustin) and Iris's (guest star Candice Patton) wedding brings the gang together, but things go awry when villains from Earth-X attack the ceremony. All of the superheroes band together with help from their super friends like Citizen Cold (guest star Wentworth Miller), The Ray (guest star Russell Tovey), Felicity Smoak (guest star Emily Bett Rickards), Iris West and Alex Danvers (Chyler Leigh) to take on their most formidable villains yet. Earth's mightiest heroes - Green Arrow (guest star Stephen Amell), Supergirl (Melissa Benoist), The Flash (guest star Grant Gustin) and White Canary (guest star Caity Lotz) - lead their teams into battle to save the world. Larry Teng directed the episode with story by Andrew Kreisberg & Marc Guggenheim and teleplay by Robert Rovner & Jessica Queller (#308). Original airdate 11/27/2017.

As Superman’s cousin, Kara Danvers (aka Supergirl) balances her work as a reporter for CatCo Worldwide Media with her work for the Department of Extra-Normal Operations (DEO), a super-secret government organization whose mission is to keep National City – and the Earth – safe from sinister threats. At the DEO, Kara works for J’onn J’onzz, the Martian Manhunter, and alongside her sister, Alex, and best friend, Winn Schott. Also in Kara’s life are James Olsen, a photo journalist who moonlights as Guardian, a masked vigilante, Lena Luthor, and Mon-El of Daxam, whose planet was ravaged by Krypton’s destruction. In season three, Kara and team will come up against a new threat in the form of DC Worldkiller, Reign.

Looking forward to this after the disappointment of Justice League. The Flash special FX are better on the show than in the movie. What kind of running was Ezra doing?? Warner Bros messed up a layup...smh

@krayzeman - I am happy for the fall of JL.....I know that sounds horrible. I am a big time DC fan but this is a clear proof of the meddling WB has been doing since BvS. Some heads need to roll at WB soon.

@JoeMomma29 - Honestly, it was pretty clear with SS. I love DC, I really enjoyed MoS and BvS, WW, but SS had the higher ups forcing and rushing this universe WAY too much. They got to get their shit together big time.

I know people hate hearing it, but they really need to focus and have 1 big plan and take their time like Marvel. It's painfully obvious they are missing that universal agreement.

I should say, SS showed the higher ups screwing up a lot.

Man i was so pissed when i heard Mon-El was coming back...but the Legion storyline changed everything, changed him!
Only thing i don't like is him married to Imra, i mean c'mon man...where's Garth!

The Reign storyline is also very good, and well devoloped, her change of character was expected and it makes sense i guess, still...feels kinda forced tho.

But Donner/SV nod was awesome! :D
