Superman & Lois continues to elevate itself to new heights, and last night's episode was no exception as the Man of Steel (Tyler Hoechlin) found himself in an unexpected predicament when the DOD arrested him for treason and locked him in with his brother Tal-Rho (Adam Rayner).
Next week, Superman will be left to deal with his new environment while Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) attempts to help from the outside. However, it does look like the promotional photos spoil the ending of the episode as Clark finds himself back home and in a tense confrontation with Jonathan (Jordan Elsass), whose secret is now out.
Also, following an installment helmed by Mighty Morphin Power Rangers legend Amy Jo Johnson, the next episode is directed by Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. alum Elizabeth Henstridge, who previously directed the seventh season episode, "As I Have Always Been," for the Marvel/ABC series.
