Next week, the plot thickens when Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) and Chrissy (Sofia Hasmik) spot their target Morgan Edge (Adam Rayner) in Smallville conversing with both Mayor Dean (Eric Keenleyside) and Kyle Kushing (Erik Valdez), in a thinly veiled attempt to win over the town.

Meanwhile, Clark (Tyler Hoechlin) does his best to back Lois at a town hall meeting, but the situation turns tense when he finds himself being pulled in two opposite directions.

Then, Jonathan (Jordan Elsass) has some trouled adjusting to Jordan's (Alex Garfin) newfound status and things take a turn for the worst when the boys take some ill-advised advice from their grandfather (Dylan Walsh), which has some disastrous consequences for the entire Kent family.

After years of facing megalomaniacal supervillains, monsters wreaking havoc on Metropolis, and alien invaders intent on wiping out the human race, the world's most famous superhero, The Man of Steel aka Clark Kent and comic books' most famous journalist, Lois Lane, come face to face with one of their greatest challenges ever - dealing with all the stress, pressures and complexities that come with being working parents in today's society. Complicating the already daunting job of raising two boys, Clark and Lois must also concern themselves with whether or not their sons Jonathan and Jordan could inherit their father's Kryptonian superpowers as they grow older. Returning to Smallville to handle some Kent family business, Clark and Lois are reacquainted with Lana Lang, a local loan officer who also happens to be Clark's first love, and her Fire Chief husband Kyle Cushing. The adults aren't the only ones rediscovering old friendships in Smallville as the Kent sons are reacquainted with Lana and Kyle's rebellious daughter, Sarah. Of course, there's never a dull moment in the life of a superhero, especially with Lois' father, General Samuel Lane looking for Superman to vanquish a villain or save the day at a moment's notice. Meanwhile, Superman and Lois' return to idyllic Smallville is set to be upended when a mysterious stranger enters their lives.[src]

Wonder when they wiill do their version of For The Man Who Has Everthing. Maybe make it For The Boy Who Has Everything and focus on Jordan or John

@dracula - completely off the cuff, but I´ve been fantasizing about them doing a sort of loose adaptation of All Star Superman for their last season. You can do basically Superman struggling with a terminal desease without all the zany stuff from the silver age that grant morrison its so fond of. Also, they are doing the whole superman secret identity goes public to the world plot...right? This show started up so strong that it feels like sky its the limit right now

@NicolausCopernicus - PS: Also Superman slowly dying from terminal cancer from the same thing that gives him his superpowers its way more interesting that a random monster cames out of nowhere and kills him by punching him in the balls

@NicolausCopernicus - That would be cool, maybe end it with Jon or Jordan (im sure Jon will get powers) deciding to continue Clark's legacy. Show his first Superman save, maybe in a costume Lois makes him. While the other gives up his powers.

@NicolausCopernicus - I don't know. I really hate that trend in modern superhero media where superheroes just don't have secret identities. And so far superman and Lois have shown a great use for the identity.
