The Flash ended an exhilarating second season with an epic showdown between the Scarlet Speedster & the notorious Zoom, which was ultimately erased from existence about ten minutes later when Barry decided to use his powers to go back in time, save his mother, and set the Flashpoint Paradox in motion.

The complete second season will be available on Blu-ray & DVD next Tuesday and to prepare fans, the CW has released two deleted scenes. The first comes to us from IGN and features Barry expressing his guilt to Jesse after losing both Ronnie & Eddie. Entertainment Weekly provides the second clip, which is considerably lighter in tone as we get to witness the first adorably awkward date between Caitlin Snow and Jay Garrick Hunter Zolomon. Check out both deleted sequences below:

For the art of the Blu-ray they chose something a bit different atleast, hopefully it won't have people thinking its a cartoon

That's a pretty cool Blu-Ray cover. Makes me wish that there was a Flash cartoon in that style.
