Next week, on The Flash, Barry (Grant Gustin) and Iris (Candice Patton) will do their best to train Alex Rivera (Sara Garcia), a.k.a. the Strength Force, and get her ready for their upcoming battle with the Speed Force (Michelle Harrison), which may be coming a lot sooner than they anticipated.
Meanwhile, Iris also finds herself pushed to the limit when she attempts to dig into the mysterious truth about Psych (Ennis Esmer) and Barry's new training system may have devastating consequences for everyone involved.
Elsewhere, Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and Cisco (Carlos Valdes) make life-altering decisions, which could be a prelude to the latter's expected exit from the series at the end of this ongoing seventh season.
