After another exciting installment of The Flash, next week's hour looks to be another fun one as Barry (Grant Gustin) and Iris (Candice Patton) find themselves entertaining the Speed Force (Michelle Harrison), who's decided to stick around and lend her services to the Scarlet Speedstar and company as they try to regain some superhero normalcy. However, based on the promo, it looks like her speed boosts may be just a little too much juice for Barry to handle.

Meanwhile, the episode's other big storyline will revolve around Frost (Danielle Panabaker), who's been framed for a crime by a mysterious ice-powered enemy, and, with Caitlin's (Danielle Panabaker) help, must race against the clock to clear her name before it's too late.

Elsewhere, Joe (Jesse L. Martin) continues to deal with Kristen Kramer's (Carmen Moore) mysterious agenda for the CCPD.

Check out the promo for episode seven, titled "Growing Pains," below:

"Growing Pains" - (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (TV-PG, DLV) (HDTV)

I want to hate Chester, since he's such a cheap replacement for Ralph, but the show is making it real hard with all those feels they're throwing out like they're going out of style. Doesn't hurt he's just enough of a goofball to not be irritating.

Also how do you do a '90s episode and not a single pair of Jncos in sight? Cisco was kind of blasé suggesting Chester change time, considering all that Flashpoint stuff he went through. Anyway, Mama Speed Force is definitely hiding something.

I think they forgot the show is called THE FLASH. 5 minutes of Barry is weird.

Also why did Iris look like she was from the 70's and not the 90's?

Well that was definitely another episode of Wandavis— I mean the Flash.

Another meh to o.k.a.y. episode. This episode honestly wasn't that engaging or exciting. And with this being the third 'true' episode of s7 that follows in this 'by the numbers' formula, I have to say this season is not off to a good start and I've lost most interest. Definitely a worse season than s6.
