MARK HAMILL, WENTWORTH MILLER AND LIAM MCINTYRE RETURN; KEIYNAN LONSDALE JOINS THE CAST AS WALLY WEST — When Mark Mardon AKA The Weather Wizard (guest star Liam McIntyre) returns to break Leonard Snart AKA Captain Cold (guest star Wentworth Miller) and James Jesse AKA The Trickster (guest star Mark Hamill) out of Iron Heights, Barry (Grant Gustin) must stop these rogues from taking over Central City during Christmas. Meanwhile, Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and Iris (Candice Patton) meet Wally West (Keiynan Lonsdale). Kevin Tancharoen directed the episode written by Andrew Kreisberg (#209).

Last year, the S.T.A.R. Labs Particle Accelerator exploded, creating a dark matter storm that struck forensic scientist Barry Allen — bestowing him with super-speed and making him the fastest man alive. But Barry wasn’t the only person who was given extraordinary abilities that night. The dark matter also created meta-humans — many of whom have wreaked havoc on the city. With the help of the S.T.A.R Labs team, Caitlin Snow, Cisco Ramon and Dr. Harrison Wells, Barry protects the people of Central City from these powerful new threats as The Flash. Following the defeat of Allen's arch-nemesis Eobard Thawne (aka Reverse Flash), Team Flash must quickly turn their attention to the singularity swirling high above Central City, consuming everything in its path. Armed with the heart of a hero and the ability to move at super speeds, Barry charged into the eye of the singularity, but can he actually save his city from impending doom?

The Flash features:
Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/Flash
Candice Patton as Iris West
Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow
Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramon
Tom Cavanagh as Dr. Harrison Wells/Eobard Thawne
Jesse L. Martin as Detective Joe West

Robbie Amell as Ronnie Raymond/Firestorm
Victor Garber as Dr. Martin Stein/Firestorm
Wentworth Miller as Leonard Snart/Captain Cold
Keiynan Lonsdale as Wally West

I wish Liam McIntyre wasn't Weather Wizard. He was my pick for Batman in the DCCU before we knew they would go for a older Batman in Affleck.

Would have loved for him to be Bruce Wayne on the CWverse.

Still say what you will about the Flash but Mark Hamill, Liam McIntyre, and Westworth Miller all playing villains on the show and coming together to take down Flash.

This football season has been awful, but at least I'm not a Redskins, Eagles, or Browns fan. :)

Can't wait for this episode.

I think Mylo is on his period again.....

@MyloSteamwitz

How do you feel about a campy and stupid show beating out AOS in ratings right now? Actually being them on viewers as well.......you know since you said Marvel is winning and all!

@JoeMomma29 Jerry has been doing a lot better for years now so I'm not worried about him. I love Romo but he's been hurt every year since 2010 and I agree, it's time to get the QB of the future. He may last another 2 or 3 years but we need to have someone in mind for when he retires. That's so Cowboys tho that the year we have a top 10 defense everyone else decides to either get injured or just shit the bed. Frustrating ass season, man. At least we beat the Skins. Losing to them is the absolute worst.

@ Levitikuz - He was my choice for Bruce Wayne (never actually showing up as Batman) on Arrow and eventually the Flash. I didn't want them to really introduce Batman on the show as I know as soon as they do, it's all people will want to see. But he would've been great.

oh boy, it's going to be a contest between Hamill and Miller to see who can ham it up the most, and I'm going to love it!

@MyloSteamwitz: So.... like the Flash character has always been? Over the years the comics have had Flash fight colorful Rogues, villians from the future (25th century), telepathic gorillas. It's also had time travel, Speed Force, alternate dimensions, Mirror Worlds, Flash museums and Flash rings. So... it's a faithful adaptaion? Is that what you're getting it? I'm glad. Sorry this isn't dark and gritty enough for you.

Eesh, this really lowers Star Wars stock seeing Mark Hammil in something so campy so close to the theatrical release of Force Awakens.

@Dev7: I thout Liam Mcintyre was actually really bringing on the meance. But yes, I'd imagine that all three villians are hamming it up! It's the holidays, after all. Even Rogues can enjoy themselves. :P

Hamill at his best! The Joker is hammy so why shouldn't the Trickster be Hammy? The only other way to portray the trickster would be "sinister" and then he wouldn't be so fun. Mark Hamill is making a villain entertaining and making 'evil antics' accessible to the audience.
