TITANS Set Video Gives Us A First Look At GAME OF THRONES' Iain Glen As Bruce Wayne

It was recently announced that Game of Thrones' Iain Glen had been cast to play an older incarnation of Bruce Wayne/Batman for season 2 of DC Universe's Titans, & now we have our first look at him on set.

Last week, news broke that season 2 of Titans had enlisted Game of Thrones actor Iain Glen to play an older take on Bruce Wayne, and now we have our first look at the Scottish actor on set.

The video is brief and we only get a very quick glimpse of Glen, but he can be clearly seen walking down a hallway (presumably in Wayne Manor) while conversing with Dick Grayson (Brenton Thwaites).
We don't know if Glen will actually suit-up as the Dark Knight on the show, but based on the official character breakdown it sounds like he and Robin (or will that be Nightwing?) are going to have more of a Batman Beyond-type dynamic

“After decades of fighting crime as Batman, billionaire Bruce Wayne is just as driven to protect Gotham from evil as he was in his prime. Needing to reconcile his relationship with Dick Grayson, the duo hope to forge a new dynamic as Bruce tries to help his former sidekick and the Titans achieve success.”

It should be very interesting to see how Bruce reacts to Dick's nightmare vision (glimpse into a possible future?) from the season 1 finale... assuming The Boy Wonder tells him about it, of course.

Titans will return to DC Universe this fall.

Why they chose to make Bruce ancient is beyond me. Bruce is supposed to be like 10-15 years older to Dick. Not 25-30.

@RageDriver2401 - Writers & Directors are obsessed with The Dark Knight Returns. And they believe that is the only concept that works for Bruce Wayne. It's ridiculous.

@SonOfAGif - I'm in a minority of comic fans that doesn't even like TDKR to begin with. I think Frank Miller writes Batman as a crazy sadist. I think he butchers Superman's character in order to make his evil Batman look better.

@Nightwing1015 - I like TDK (just the first one), but yea it's not the big deal everyone makes it out to be. I much prefer Batman's detective stories like LH, Hush or Death of the Family.

@SonOfAGif - They do the same with high school Spider-man. He is in high school for only 30 issues then the next 213 in college when he drops out, then like 600 more after college yet as of this summer, we will have 5 high school films, 1 college, and 1 post college if my memory of Spider-Man 3 is right.

@TheUnworthyThor - The Sultan is one of the things I'm looking forward to the most in the live-action Aladdin. He's played by David Negabhan, who was in Legion and Homeland.
