Check Out Some New IRON FIST Footage As Jessica Henwick Joins The Cast Of THE DEFENDERS

It looks like Daredevil, Jessica Jones and Luke Cage won't be the only ones that'll have some friends around when they assemble for Marvel and Netflix's The Defenders, as it's just been announced that Jessica Henwick (Game of Thrones, Star Wars: The Force Awakens) will be providing backup for Danny Rand when she reprises the role of Colleen Wing from Iron Fist.

The promo vid below features a few new seconds of Wing in action as she decimates a dude in what appears to be some kind of cage fight.

Daredevil was great, JJ was blah and Luke Cage I couldn't even finish it was so slow and boring but then it got damn good. I'm excited for Iron Fist and Punisher tho. And can't wait for this

Seems like this is mini Infinity War in the sense that, like Feige said, EVERYONE IS IN IT.

I dont think characters like Malcom, Foggy and even Karen will have large roles, but they'll show up to reinforce connectivity. Foggy works at Hogarth's firm. Hogarth is Danny's lawyer. Malcom works for Jessica so you're bound to see him in her office and/or around her. And so on.

All these extra characters and this is the series that theyve decided theyre only going to go to 8 episodes for? Luke Cage, Jessica Jones and DD season 2 all felt like they could have been a bit shorter but Defenders is going to leave us wanting more.
