At the end of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier's series premiere, we were introduced to the Marvel Cinematic Universe's new Captain America: John Walker. He didn't do much more than come out on stage and wink directly at the camera, but is bound to play a much larger role in this Friday's instalment.

Talking to USA Today, actor Wyatt Russell weighed in on wielding the shield and, more specifically, wearing that costume.

"Hot. Very difficult. Painful," he responded when asked to describe the costume. "My shoulders kinda got screwed up [in the past] and things started to hurt just because of the position that the suit would put you in all day."

Interestingly, Russell adds that his physical transformation took a "different direction," as Marvel Studios was seeking a slightly more realistic look for the new Captain America. "He’s strong, but he's not a super soldier. I wanted him to look normal, in shape," the actor concludes.

That's a big reveal right there, and means Walker hasn't taken the Super Soldier Serum.

The Falcon and The Winter Soldier star Sebastian Stan also shared a new detail about the new Captain America's portrayal. "A lot of times [soldiers] go out there and put their hearts and bodies on the line, they come back missing limbs, they come back with PTSD. That's some of the Bucky stuff [and] a lot of that is also part of John Walker's story."

So, the new Captain America has PTSD...that's definitely going to factor into this series. With these reveals comes a new shot of the "hero", and you can see a hi-res version of by clicking the image below.
