A new still from Moon Knight has been released showing a very confused Marc Spector (Steven Grant?), while Head Writer Jeremy Slater teases the hero's possible future with The Avengers. Check it out...

We're now just one month away from the arrival of Moon Knight on Disney+, and Total Film has shared a new still from the series highlighting Oscar Isaac's Marc Spector. Well, we think it's Marc. There's a good chance we're looking at Steven Grant, the museum gift shop employee with a questionable English accent (which is obviously meant to reflect the fact that he's not who he thinks).

The site also caught up with Moon Knight Head Writer Jeremy Slater to try and get some intel on what the future might hold in store for this character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

"The honest answer is I don’t know," Slater claimed. "Because [Marvel Studios President] Kevin [Feige] is the guy who decides all that stuff. Look, if it was up to me, he would be part of the Avengers. It’s absolutely not up to me, but I think that is the goal!"

It's interesting that the writer seems confident in the chances of Moon Knight crossing paths with Earth's Mightiest Heroes, and this is clearly a character who will be sticking around beyond this show. Director Mohamed Diab, meanwhile, has high hopes for how fans receive the hero's debut. "We did a huge show in a very intimate way, in a way that really feels personal. I’m so proud of that."

Earlier today, Marvel Studios released a very cool new poster featuring Mr. Knight, and with just weeks to go before the series premieres, we're banking on seeing a lot more from this one soon.

Moon Knight arrives on Disney+ on March 30.

@dragon316 - He's been an Avenger. He was West Coast in the 1980s. May have been on Bendis' team as well, I dunno.

Doctor Strange, Spidey, Moon Knight and maybe even Shang Chi are the kind of characters that I rather remain solo for the most part. They can be Avenger guest stars, but not in the long run. Keep the Avengers a tight group of 5 to 6 people. You got Sam and maybe Bucky, She-Hulk, Thor, Wanda & Vision, maybe Black Knight, War Machine. These can be Avengers in my eyes.

Avengers are done. Without the originals to me it's just not the Avengers. I'm speaking from the mcu perspective only.

Rather see him on a Marvel Knights squad with Daredevil and Shang-Chi.

I’m going to guess they’ll have him join a team but it won’t be the Avengers. I’m hoping we get a Midnight Sons team up. It’d be awesome to see Bernthal Punisher, Reedus Ghost Rider, Blade and MoonKnight team up to beat some Villainous group.
