Did SHE-HULK: ATTORNEY AT LAW Just Set The Stage For Marvel Studios' BLADE Reboot? - Possible SPOILERS

While many fans dismissed the latest instalment of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law as a throwaway wedding episode, a line in the show may actually end up having major consequences for the eventual Blade reboot!

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law hasn't necessarily turned the MCU as we know it on its head, but the series has definitely featured its fair share of high-profile cameos. We've already seen The Hulk, Wong, and Abomination, while the likes of Daredevil and, uh, Frog-Man are also right around the corner.

However, following last Thursday's wedding episode, there's speculation that the show may have laid the groundwork for the upcoming Blade reboot starring Mahershala Ali.

While Jennifer Walters was busy being a bridesmaid at a friend's wedding, Mallory Book and Nikki were dealing with a superpowered client in Mister Immortal. The MCU's take on the Great Lakes Avenger saw him turned into a man with many wives (and a husband), and he mentioned at one point that he was once married to a woman called Baroness Lily Cromwell.

If you're a comic book reader, that name might just be familiar to you.

Better known as the villainous Baroness Blood, Cromwell first appeared in a Union Jack comic book (Olivia Colman's character in Secret Invasion will also be part of the Falsworth lineage after we met her ancestor, James Montgomery, in Captain America: The First Avenger).

So, that's one potential MCU link, but even more important is the fact that she also happens to be a vampire. Is it possible Baroness Blood will factor into Blade? There are rumblings that the movie will feature a period setting, and it would be pretty neat for Mister Immortal to make a cameo appearance as the husband of one of the many vampires the Daywalker crosses paths with.

We'll see, but a throwaway line in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law could prove to be more important than any of us expected.

One thing that we do know is Marvel Studios has begun embracing its supernatural side in a big way lately, with Werewolf by Night set to be the next step. Hopefully, the eventual plan is to build to some sort of Midnight Suns project.
