"Eddie, meet Carnage..."

As Venom: Let There Be Carnage's release date draws near, we're going to start to see a lot more from the Sony Pictures sequel, and this latest international TV spot is comprised almost entirely of brand-new footage.

The promo begins with Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy) researching his new nemesis Cletus Kasady (Woody Harrelson), as we see the deranged serial indulging in his favorite pastime. From there, we have some new shots of Venom in action, and a final glimpse of Cletus transforming into Carnage as he introduces himself to his fellow symbiote.

As the title suggests, the Sony Pictures sequel will see Venom go fang-to-fang with his arch-nemesis from the comics, Carnage. The first movie did prove to be highly divisive, but many fans are likely to give Let There Be Carnage a chance, if only to witness that long-awaited battle on the big screen.

Michelle Williams and Reid Scott are set to reprise their roles from Venom, and they'll be Joined by Naomie Harris as the villainous Shriek, and Stephen Graham as Detective Patrick Mulligan. Sean Delaney, Laurence Spellman, and Larry Olubamiwo are also on board in undisclosed roles.

We recently found out that Venom 2's release had been pushed forward by two weeks, and will now open on October 1. The movie is rated PG-13 for "intense sequences of violence and action, some strong language, disturbing material and suggestive references."

I’m actually looking forward to this. After the recent MCU offerings of BW and Shang Chi and having re watched some of the Netflix stuff, I’m coming to the conclusion that Disney have wrecked Marvel making everything to funny, and family friendly whilst wandering away from the source material.

The MCU has had some films which were lackluster but not awful and terribly written/scripted. So it's a big disheartening to see such a trash looking movie even have the audacity to try and force it's way into a future with the MCU Peter.
