"In the next chapter of her journey, Lara must use her survival skills and wits, learn to trust new friends, and ultimately accept her destiny as the Tomb Raider," Microsoft said. "Featuring epic, high-octane action moments, Rise of the Tomb Raider will take gamers to multiple locations around the world filled with exploration spaces that are some of the most beautifully hostile places on earth. In addition, after hearing the cry from fans loud and clear, the game will put the tombs back into “Tomb Raider" all in the franchise’s gritty Survival-Action style."

Jennifer Lawrence as Tomb Raider and I'd see it.

It's always awkward for games when the main character is inexperienced yet they slaughter trained killers everywhere and cannot bring that up in the story.

The other article is far superior.

Can't wait. The last game really revived the series. I just hope it's a lot longer.

As someone that doesn't really follow E3, anyone know what time Rocksteady takes the stage?

We will see Rocksteady. They've been teasing some Arkham Knight gameplay since the first trailer drop.

Nintendo got this E3, Microsoft was pretty bland and Sony is just 3 or 4 games and HD re-editions.

TheFirstAvenger97 - the Tomb Raider reboot is very good.

The previous Tomb Raiders were based in Indiana Jones.

The new one borrows ideas from LOST ,Uncharted and Arkham Asylum.

Microsoft conference was alright, no huge announcements, but the focus on games was a improvement.

[frick]ing "Rise". I'm sure the game will be good, but I'm sick of that word in titles.

The last Tomb Raider was my favorite one. It felt more like a survival game. Plus Lara was more of normal person then a fake one.
