Yesterday, the first image of Adrianne Palicki in full Wonder Woman regalia was posted here on CBM by fellow editor Mark "RorMachine" Cassidy. We are well aware of the fact that this costume is for a television series and not a full blown Hollywood feature film but judging from the comments in Ror's article, there is a vastly varying difference of opinion on this most recent effort to clothe one of our iconic heroes for screen.

I thought I would take this opportunity to get a more true sense of what the CBM community feels about the subject and offer a chance for your opinion to be registered and noted in a POLL.


Hawksblueyes: Personally, I don't like the costume but I think it's just a matter of the way in which the colors are used. The design doesn't bother me. In fact, I actually kind of like it but something seriously needs to be done to tone down the "porn" look IMO.

this is a complete cr*p. i thought this new take of Wonder Woman was ment to be about a Modern Woman but she comes of as a Pornstar.

Wonder Woman costume should of been like a Xena: Warrior Princess type of style. not this Porn style Wonder Woman costume. this fan made Wonder Woman costume design is way better.

The outfit is not the problem. However the person playing her, is.

She has gone for the whole clenched fist move, but left her face motionless. Terrible casting.

the black ones look cool...i was just about to say that. if they are going to use pants make it look like the comic so they can back pedal aways when main stream audience ask why they changed the outfit. (i still cannont see why all the other superman shows had outfits but not smallville) anyway.

i can actualy see the black pants and jacket working in this stupid story. If she is a crime fighter at night...she should have darker colors on.

her tiara looks like something she bought at Forever 21 or some shite like that. Red boots with white stripe and blue granny pantie things with stars on them. Also whats with that Wonder Woman belt buckle? The top itself doesnt look to bad. At least her cuffs look good.
