Evan Peters Confirms Silver Hair For Quicksilver In X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST

Somebody alert the presses, Bryan Singer is actually going to follow the source material and have Quicksilver actually look like Quicksilver... at least follicly that is. When Evan Peters was asked if his Quicksilver will have silver locks he responded, "Yes. Yeah. Yeah, it's cool." As for a costume? Well, Evan only reveals that he wore jeans and a "sweet" jacket. Eh.

As we already know, director Bryan Singer, filmed the mutant speedster at 3,600 frames per second, which comes with it's own unique challenges.
Bright. It was incredibly bright. A lot of the crew and Bryan, himself, got to wear sunglasses. And the actors had to keep their eyes open for a long, long time, with that bright light just blaring at you. It's like the sun. It's brighter than the sun. It's right there in your eyes. But the end result is so worth it. You just power through it.

Evans admits that the process is quite painful and required the actor to keep his eyes open for as much as 20 seconds as the bright light shined upon his retinas. No pain, no gain. The super-slow motion technique is so impressive that he says you can see raindrops as though they are frozen in air. Neato!

We also know that Peters worked with McAvoy and Jackman, but he has also revealed that he shared screentime with Michael Fassbender.

I'm guessing the Jeans and Jacket confirms no cons time or a resemblance of it. Aw well. I'm excited. Not to keen on the twitchy aspect of quicksilver, but well see.

DOFP QS will get the silver hair and AoU QS will get the suit. He can't have the hair because Magneto isn't his father and they won't be able to explain it. Whedon could prove me wrong though...

What this comment section will come down to:

THE RIGHTS SHOULD GO BACK TO MARVEL!!!
[frick] FOX-MEN!!!
HOW DARE THEY CHANGE ANYTHING FROM THE SOURCE MATERIAL!!! NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO DO THAT BUT MARVEL/DISNEY!!!
A:AOU QS WILL BE MUCH BETTER!!!
QS>FLASH. TAKE THAT DC FANBOYS!!!

Yeah, I believe that's a majority of the complaints we see.

Fox hasn't come close to trying to follow the source. There's a difference between changing somethings because you think it will work better and changing everything because you have no faith in the source material.

I hope he shares scenes with young Beast too.

A X-Men movie with a brotherhood and a x-men team isnt the same with one scene where the actual brotherhood members and the actual x-men fight or have some dialogue.

So I hope its not just Quicksilver vs Wolverine, or Quicksilver talking to Wolverine.

Give me OTHER x-men too, Please!

@ ManofReal, go choke on Superman's dick...

This movie will be epic, hopefully takes The Wolverine's place as the best X-Men Universe movie.

Looking forward to Evan Peters as Quicksilver, liked him in the Never Back Down movies.

Speaking of source material, I really hate what Singer and FOX did to the Mandarin, oh wait, that was Marvel.
[I actually loved the Mandarin twist, but you get my point :) ]

lol xD Come on Fox gave the middle finger to comic fans more than Marvel did. ^_^ BTW First Class is still the best X-Men movie imo.

mexicansuperman "this movie blows everything ms has done out of the water"???? do you mean mavel studios? When did you get to see this movie already...here i am still waiting on a real preview for it. Can you burn me a copy? Since you obviously have been blowing singer for free copies of his movies before they are finished.

First Class is very good, but I think X2 is still a tier above it quality wise. Still one of the best CBMs of all time in my opinion. The Wolverine was also a bit better than First Class IMO.

So sick of the marvel vs dc vs fox crap. We all know Fox has yet to get it right even though i think we all wish they would. We all know marvel hasn't had a garbage movie and that as one day DC will give us something besides batman and superman....that one day will be in 20 years but we all look forward to it not being as bad as green lantern.

Who would've thought that the first character to cross over studios would be [frick]ing Quicksilver. Different actors, mind you, but still.
