Nothing he says here sounds good. Too dumb to figure out a crossover, the team won't be called the Fantastic Four and Doom gets transformed along with them just like in the last movie and just like in the not very good Ultimate comics. I don't like this guy!

It would make no sense if the X-Men and the Fantastic Four crossed over in these films. The focus in on X-Men being told as period pieces (hence Apocalypse being in the 80's) and FF more than likely being the present. Unless they shove in more time travel or cross-dimensional travel.

May I also say revert the rights back to Marvel Studios???

So...if X-Men and Fantastic 4 are in separate universes why was that guy a couple months ago talking about the two like they were in the same universe and could team up at any time?

Well I guess Kimberg's doing all the talking for Singer for the movie's promotional stuff. But yeah, they sound very disorganized and not sure about the future of either of these franchises, not a good sign.

People need to chill. Wait until we actually know some real details/see footage before judging. All this interview gave us was that it is drawing from the Ultimate line and other comics, that a crossover needs time, its an origin story, and that filming begins soon.

The first two movie gave us the goofy campy comics version of the team, glad they are going in a different direction.

I don't think the MCU and x-men universe would fit in a movie. Wouldn't people hate all the superheroes because they might think their mutants.

They had better fix all this continuity shit with Xmen. By the time days of future past is over... Everything had better be made clear/fixed ect.. Because if I leave the theater with more questions and confusion then I had going in... I'm honestly done with This Fox-men Universe and they will no longer get my money.. It's just starting to get annoying. Hopefully this will be atleast as good as First Class

I really do like how Kinberg and the studio refuse to confirm or deny Jeff Sneider's casting scoop, even Sneider himself denied it's accuracy. maybe people don't read into details anymore enough to find out Jamie Bell isn't THE THING:
There is no official deal in place for Bell, 20th Century Fox had no comment, and representatives for Teller, Mara and Bell declined our request for comment.” -TheWrap, direct source of their exclusive and unaccompanied casting report

"Jamie Bell had never been mentioned in connection with this movie. But I think it's a perfect choice. No, he's not the [accurately describes Ben Grimm's physicality] he's a skinny, scrappy kind of guy, but he has experience with motion-capture performance." -Jeff Sneider, a noted fan-caster

@SilverFalcon they already announced Apocalypse and Fantastic Four 2. Clearly FOX has some resemblance of a plan. They are just not yet crossing them over yet - which is understandable given that the current X-Men world is post-apocalyptic.

as for 'not crossing over' there is a fine thread of storytelling that connects DOFP to FF to XM:A and it does not consist solely of cameos or extensive use of the word "mutant" these teams will stay in their separate worlds. X-Men is an espionage/spy film franchise, while FF is an action/adventure team of widely-known and world-famous personalities. as for 'not being called by their team name' that was expected.

perhaps you misheard him, Doctor Doom will NOT be transformed or possess any superpowers beyond technopathy and robotics. the teleporter accident only happens to FOUR people but the whole purpose behind the experiment was to retrieve Doom and his body-armor from drifting through the N-Zone. it's really close to the source material withhow Viktor Von is portrayed -- he's basically an evil Tony Stark.
