In the comic book category the nominees for best writer are Ed Brubaker, Joe Hill, Robert Kirkman, Grant Morrison and Mike Mignola. Best artist — Charlie Adlard, Mark Buckingham, Duncan Fegredo, John Romita Jr. and Berni Wrightson. While the nominees for best comic book or graphic novel favors horror and fantasy over super hero related stories.

The biggest category and award of the night will be the "Best Scream", which combines tv and film for one big trophy derby. For that one we have

X-Men: First Class.
