Bryan Singer Teases Another Awesome 'Quicksilver' Scene For X-MEN: APOCALYPSE

The scene in which Quicksilver rescues Magneto and uses his powers to help his new friends escape was easily one of the highlights of X-Men: Days Of Future Past, and if the latest production still from director Bryan Singer is anything to go by, we're in for more of the same in Apocalypse...

It looks like Quicksilver will be up to his old tricks in X-Men: Apocalypse. Though actor Evan Peters doesn't actually appear in the below image, Singer's caption is clearly marked, and so it would follow that the guys hanging around on the wires have just had a very close encounter with the super-fast mutant. Wonder if he made any of 'em punch themselves in the mush this time.

There is a documentary directed by Amy Berg called "An Open Secret" about sex abuse in Hollywood. They supposedly talk about him in the film.

I just re watched this last night. Quicksilver scene was my favorite, but a close 2nd was during the same Magneto breakout sequence when Logan & Xavier run into the cops and Xavier is rambling on til Logan finally knocks them out, turns and says "oh I'm sorry, we're you finished?"

It's weird how on board everybody is with this, Deadpool and most Fox projects but when it comes to Fantastic Four "OMG [frick] FOX WHY DOES FOX RUIN EVERYTHING MORE LIKE FUX!!!!"

However, I honestly feel as if Marvel will bring the character back in a more impactful way. There's no way he'll become a one and done that easily. His death will help Wanda's character become more complex (along with her relations with Vision)

Kind of reminds me of last year with DoFP and I know people hate this comparison. But the hate, false rumored articles and lack of wording from the director are all signs of deja vu. We have to also consider that people have both seen and enjoyed DoFP. Even if they didn't like everything about it there was still an indication that things will continue/end at the end of the trilogy. This also brings me to my next point. With DoFP Singer announced that Apocalypse would be the next installment in the franchise. With Fantastic Four Fox announced a sequel set for 2017 ahead of it's release, both of these reveals caused criticism but it's just funny how everything is mirroring from the last major Fox success release. After hearing how both Trank and Kinberg were thinking of sequel ideas for the F4 franchise before filming even began proves to me that they have an actual plan with where this franchise will go in the near future.

Yay! Another scene that will make a hero seem super powerful and will only complicate the plot when later in the movie that character isn't as powerful as they were in that one awesome scene that Singer indulged himself with. Singer up to his old tricks. Happens in all of his X-Men movies.

If QS is as powerful is always as powerful as he is in that one scene in the pentagon, the X-Men would never have any problems. The writers have to invent reasons why he's not that powerful all the time. And that's retarded.
